Appointment on Monday - parts shipped to me and arrived on Wednesday. Called them to let them know part came in. They put me on the schedule same day to fix the washer! Above and beyond! Thanks Robert’s Appliances.

Honest and professional! He could have sold me a new washer but told me to keep the one I had and repair it. It was a good washer and cheaper to repair!

Very friendly company. Got to my house on time and figured out the problem easily. Had to replace a part on our drier, but didnt have it in stock, which they ordered rite away and replaced it as soon as they got it.

Very honest and very reasonable. They made the effort to call me to let me know what was wrong with my machine and the cost. Very pleased with the service we received. I highly recommend them.

We had this company to our home to repair our washer. The man told us we needed to have our drain cleaned out. Then he did some things with his tablet and left. We had a company in to clean out our drains and repair the turn off for the water going into the washer. Now our washer doesn’t work at all. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME. They refused to return and repair what they did to the washer. We did what we were told to do and they did not do what they were suppose to do.
I will not have them back in our home. We have another company coming in next week to repair what this company broke.

On August 23, 2022, Roberts appliance "serviced" our washing machine for a DRN error. They removed a quarter sized amount of lint and a broken bobby pin.

On August 25th, the washing machine drain was making a horrible noise (which I recorded and sent to Robert's Appliance). They called me back on August 26th and said they would send someone the following week, but they didn't know when because of the Labor Day holiday. I called on August 31st and left a message and never heard back. Finally got another appliance repair company to come out (9/12/2022) to diagnose my washing machine properly.

I would give this company zero stars if i could! $249 is NOT cheap, and ghosting your clients is NOT professional!

Honest, prompt service. Friendly and flexible reresentitve on the phone. Returned phone messages quickly. Technician Rocky came out and took care of our washer and charged a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were honest, on time and professional. They had a fair price and were upfront about the price before they provided the service. They have provided services to us in the past and I would not hesitate to call on them again. I would definitely recommend this company!

I had never used Robert's appliance before today, and I must say, I would definitely use them again! My dryer wouldn't start and I called right before 6 p.m. last night. They were here at 10 a.m. to fix it for me. They were very professional and fixed the issue in the same day. He even cleaned out our dryer lent for us. The price was very reasonable. I was also impressed that he was wearing a mask, shoe coverings, and gloves during this pandemic to keep us safe! Very impressed and will use again if future problems arise with my appliances!

Extremely unprofessional service, incompetent mechanics, and unethical practices. They can't fix things properly and don't respect the service warranty , instead demand extra charges for not able to detect and fix at the first time. It is a real pain to get hold any of them as they never pick up call and rely on only voice mails. Clearly tells how much they appreciate customer's business. They boast about their monopoly in the area and force customers to their way. They refuse to fix things that falls under their service warranty without extra money and ask customers to look for other mechanics if anyone likes to claim warranty. This type of unethical practices will not garner them any goodwill.

The lady I spoke to was very sweet! We were struggling to find a part for our washer and she let me text her pictures to her personal number and was able to find me one and order it! You’re a life saver!!

They have great customer service. I have used them for appliances in our church building and in my home, and have never been dissatisfied with the price, products, or service.

I have used Robert's Appliance Service several times over the last 7 to 10 years now. I am always very satisfied with their service. Their prices are reasonable and the technician is always very courteous. I use the term reasonable because it's a relative term. Someone else might not think the way I do. But, I do believe if they do their job, they deserve their pay. After all I couldn't fix it and their prices are far less than buying new appliances. I have never felt that they were trying to sell extra or unnecessary services. They have always fixed my appliances and I have never had to call them back to redo their job. They have fixed several problems with my oven during the last ten years. It's 20 years old. They have also repaired my refrigerator and my washer. Never a problem with their work. I have used other repair services before them that I was not satisfied with. Can't say enough good things about them

We have had an issue with our gas stove. The board and the igniter. Roberts appliance have came and saved the day. Great service to get my stove back up and running! Highly recommend them!

Small locally owned and operated used appliance and repair shop. They can come to you and fix your appliance, or they can sell you a pre-checked, warrantied used appliance. Mostly washers and dryers in stock, few fridges, and inventory always changing, so give them a call or stop in and see if they can help you. I used them to repair a fridge and they did a good job at a fair price.

UPDATE: our landlord has been issued a full refund.
Our landlord purchased a refrigerator from here. It hasn't worked correctly once. They have come to repair it three times and it still doesn't work correctly. My last call to them was two weeks ago and we STILL don't have the issue fixed. I need this resolved or replaced. I believe they knew it was faulty and are avoiding our issue until the warranty expires. Roberts appliance owes us and our landlord a working refrigerator
