Very unprofessional!!! Appalling language and manors. They where disrespectful of my things and didn't even let me know they where there to start after they showed up late. Overpriced and inexperienced!

I had a huge tree cut down from my back yard in july 2012. They did a great job at a great price. I was very pleased and have no complaints at all. Professional and did a great job.

Do not hire him he will tear other peoples property and not give out insurance information. The property owner will be responsible for the property damage. Stay away from him at all costs

I highly recommend TIE Tree Service. The crew that came to our house this week did a fantastic job. The crew made sure to keep us informed of what was happening, as they finished each day. The crew cleaned up all the mess, cut the wood we wanted to keep, respected our property and everyone on it. It really was a pleasure working with them.

From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. They did exactly what they said they would do and left my yard and driveway cleaner than when they found it.

Our cat was stuck up in a tree for a day and a half. We called animal control, the fire department, and multiple other places. Everyone thought we were joking or just didn’t want to help us. Our kids were very upset that she was stuck. Finally T.I.E services came over and got her down for us. They were extremely kind and it meant so much!! I would definitely recommend them. Had work done to a River Birch. Came home after vacation and the work was completed as discussed with no mess in the yard. Communication was very good with the office as well. Very satisfied and will use again.

I would like to share the following in an effort to assist this company in addressing some customer service issues. My wife and I met them at the Indianapolis Home Show. We requested they follow up with us and provide an estimate. They were supposed to be at our home around 10:00 on Wednesday the 17th. They had not showed by 11:30 and when we called them we were told the individual doing the estimates was ill. They had tried to call us around 9:00, however we never received the call.
We rescheduled for Friday the 19th at 9:00. When they were not there by 9:30 I attempted to call them and left a message on their answering machine. Between then and noon I attempted to call two more times and sent two emails, no response. At that time we left for another meeting at 12:30. When we returned home at 1:30 we found a message waiting from their estimator saying he was at our house at 12:57 for our appointment that he had scheduled between Noon and one. I attempted to call him I and got his voice mail. He never called us back. We have since signed a contract with another company and this company lost several thousand dollars in business. We believed if their attention to detail in trying to obtain business was this poor then could we really depend on them to do the job correctly? After our efforts to contact them Friday they never followed up or offered any excuse or apology for the nearly five hours we spent waiting for them and they never showed.

They have lost a customer in me. I was going to use them for annual tree treatment, but they won’t work for me because I didn’t have them remove a tree I used another company for the removal because they came in less on the bid and TIE was slow getting back to me. Very disappointed.

We cannot say enough good things about TIE and Jesse. We had them remove two large ash trees from our front yard that had been taken over by borers. Not only are the estimates you receive professional, itemized, and thorough, they want to go over everything with you. Other companies wanted to do a swing-by and just leave an estimate on our door. Jesse and his team truly understand the health of trees and are very knowledgeable about best practices. They will not lob off limbs like you see other companies do, which can damage the tree long-term. They expressly talk about maintaining the health of a tree if they are going any trimming. Their prices are extremely reasonable, their crews are professional and a pleasure to work with. They come to at least the south side of Indianapolis and they are worth it!

5 huge branches fell on my roof and yard during a big storm, about 8:30 am on a Friday. Jesse was out by 11 to assess the situation, and the crew arrived by about 1. By 4:30 pm the huge mess was gone, except for a few neatly stacked logs in the front yard (as approved by me). Sometime Saturday the logs were gone, too. Everyone involved communicated well with me and worked quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with their work, especially on a day where there was major storm damage in my area.
