Dude takes great care of his customers. They are reasonable, efficient, clean up after themselves and ready to help. I would call them any day over some others that don't back their work or take you seriously.

United Plumbing Contractors were fantastic. We flushed a set of our car keys down the toilet. We called United Plumbing and they were out same day later in the afternoon. Earlier that morning we had another plumbing company come by to attempt to unclog the keys from the toilet and they walked in, simply looked at the toilet and said, we are going to need to remove the toilet, that will be 469.00 (Roto Rooter - Shelbyville, IN) we promptly told them NO. United Plumbing arrived at 3:00 p.m. and by 3:15 my keys were retrieved and the toiled was unclogged, the price, 85.00. They were extremely polite, professional and quite funny. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Jim from United Plumbing!

I really appreciated these guys! They helped us out with a leak when we were getting ready for a mission trip and also pointed out some other issues for us to look at fixing at some point. We had apparently lost 11,000 gallons of water within a few days so the water company shut it off. We had the city come take a look at it and he suggested United Plumbing. Dude came out and he got on top of it right away. These guys did an outstanding job, did everything without tearing up the sidewalk which we thought was gonna happen due to where our water leak was. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work that you'll need.

I was really surprised when I called I actually had a person instead of a service machine to talk to. They were really prompt on the next day to fix my sewer. The plumber was very nice and courteous. They even took the waste away. I will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend this company. They alway respond quickly and professionally. Today they thought they were just certifying that work was done, but discovered that an adjustment need to be made to bring my water heater up to code. Instead of scheduling another appointment he just got what he needed out of his truck and did the work in just a few minutes.

Rick from United Plumbing Contactors took the time to listen to my plumbing issue over the phone, give advice on things to look for to narrow down the problem and offered solutions to fix the issue! He could have simply scheduled an appointment and charged for a service call, but he didn't. Thank you so much for serving our community and taking the time to listen to your customers!

**UPDATED REVIEW**
The owner sincerely apologized for my bad experience and refunded my money. This had occurred right before Christmas and my message had gotten lost, but he did eventually call back and made it right.

Previous experience:
The plumber told us he'd fixed the toilet flushing issue, charged us $95 for whatever he did for 10 minutes (didn't put anything new in), and sure enough, it was not fixed. I called the company back and left a message explaining it wasn't fixed, and days later they still haven't responded.

Ian and Colin came to our house to clean out the floor drain. They were very careful about closing the gate/door so our 2 crazy German Shepherd Dogs didn't get out. They were friendly, gave my husband a couple tips, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend this company.

I called them and they were here in a hour. Fixed our clogged drain. Didn’t catch his name but was very knowledgeable and had me fixed in no time. Price was very affordable. They will be my go to plumbers if I’m ever in need. Thanks Absulute plumbing.

I would never recommend this company. I have now had this company out to my house twice over a pilot that won't stay lit. Both times they have just lit the pilot and left and given us some random reason why it went out that makes no sense. If you want stuff actually fixed save yourself the time and call someone else.

You need someone fast? Need someone that will be honest? Absolute Plumbing is the company you need! We called for an emergency and they were at my establishment in 20 minutes. Dude Noel worked with us and was communicating every step of the way. If I could do more than 5 stars I would the company as a whole went above and beyond. Thank you Absolute Plumbing!!!!

I've been having problems with my well and pressure tank. Absolute Plumbing Solutions to the rescue!!! This is my 4th time using them...and it won't be the last!!! Knowledgeable...friendly...and the cost has been more than fair!!
