Woke up Friday, February 10, 2017 with no heat. I called and left a message at 6:30 am. I received a callback around 8:45 with word that they would be out between 9:45-10:00 am. I was skeptical....everyone else gives 2-4 hour windows of time blocks to show up.

They arrived at 9:50 am, diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes and informed that they would need to go to the west side of Indy for the part and that they would return around 2:30 pm. They did manage to get the unit started and it provided heat, albeit noisily to tide me over.

They were back at about 1:50 pm, but unfortunately got the wrong part and had to go back to get the correct one. However, they returned and fixed everything right up.

Pricing was very competitive. Both guys were extremely nice, well mannered, and very respectful.

If you want a local business, I highly recommend them and I am picky. If we have any future issues, I will definitely use them again for our air and heating needs.

Wow... what great service! These guys are so fast and efficient. They fit our service request into their busy schedule immediately. They completed the work quickly and were very thorough. They even came out to correct and small problem I had caused free of charge. This is a two man- locally owned company really operates (as the name states) with INTEGRITY! A+✅✅✅✅

Another company came out and said we needed to replace our heater. Integrity was able to repair it for a very low price. They were very quick, polite and knowledgeable! I’ll definitely call again when needed.

Ryan and Ted came and gave us a quote, which was MUCH lower than other companies we had gotten quotes from, and we’re out the NEXT day to install! On time, professional, and willing to give advice on some self maintenance. Happy we went with Integrity and will make sure to refer to anyone we know!

We had AC and Heating issues. Call multiple companies and call Integrity guys for the diagnostic and second opinion. Quick response and satisfied time for us. After detailed diagnostic they were able to locate issue and very reasonable estimate for repair. Came back in 2 days with parts and fix everything. Professionalism, work ethic, honest, showed high level of the knowledge with paying attention to small details. We are 100% satisfied with their work and we will be using them for any AC or Heating needs. Thank you very much for keeping service on the HIGH level.

These guys were great. They came out to give me a quote the day I called for a replacement AC. I opted to accept it 2 days later and I was fully installed 2 days after that. Fairly priced and very courteous and professional. I’d recvomend them to anyone.

This is the absolute best company to work with for any heating and cooling needs! The couple of times we have had things come up with our unit, they have been there to help right away, they explained everything that was going on so, and they always fixed things with good quality as well as the customer's budget in mind! We have found it difficult to find good vendors in this area and are so grateful we found Integrity because they have been the best company to work with 😀!! Thank you so much!

Ryan and Ted at Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning are the very best. We have used them for several years. They just did the annual maintenance on our AC unit to keep it running its best. They are always prompt, professional, and they get the job done right the first time. We highly recommend them.

The guys at Integrity have done a great job for us. We've used them for a few years now including our spring and fall preventative maintenance as well as problems. Called after hours to assess the A/C. They had me check a few things. They were able to get me in the next day and determined it was a simple relay vs. needing a new A/C. Have been very happy with their work.

These guys are great. Ted and Ryan know their stuff and are very upfront. Honest, dependable, and very reasonably priced on their last service call. They did our AC install last year and beat everyone. I highly recommend them.

Integrity installed our hvac system and today did a service call with the same efficient and friendly service.

Had an A/C issue. Ryan came for a service call and recommended that we contact the technician who installed it earlier as our unit should be under warranty. He did not charge for the service, which we really appreciated in this day and age. I recommend Integrity Heating and Air to anyone - they live up to their name. Very professional, courteous, respectful, and conscientious.

After struggling through a few other advertised HVAC companies with substandard results and struggling to get calls back from another over the years, I decided to look at online reviews for advice on a new option. I consistently read positive feedback for Integrity, liked their small local company info that I found at their site, so I emailed inquiring about routine maintenance and promptly received a reply from Ted. He fit a time to come to my house within a couple days and both Ted and Ryan were prompt on arrival. A fair price and no problems as I believe I have found a company I can trust for the long haul.

Ryan and the team are great. The pricing is always fair and only what is needed, with multiple options if possible. Highly recommended and better than any of the chain companies around.

Replacing your HVAC is expensive so you want to know you are getting good equipment for a fair price. Integrity delivered that and more for us. After quotes from 4 vendors, Integrity offered a great Lennox system (variable, multi-stage heat, variable, two-stage AC) for less than the mid-tier equipment of the other vendors and nearly 50% less than than the biggest vendor. They are a small shop so install was scheduled for a few days out but on install day they were on-time, professional, and super efficient (less than 6 hours to fully replace air handler, heat pump with new pad, and smart thermostat). We were 100% satisfied with Integrity and definitely recommend you consider them for your HVAC needs!

We have used this great company for almost 10 years for all of our HVAC services. They are very reasonable, reliable, and dependable. They also have a great maintenance program that you might want to look into.

Our heat pump decided to go out on the hottest day of the year. They were able to come out later that day but the system started going again when taking a look. Ryan was able to tell me what he thought was wrong (compressor starting to go out) but couldn't say for sure since it wouldn't do it when here. But he let us know what to brace for should that be the case. We prepared to replace it at that time. I contacted him the next day when it went out again and told him what it was doing when we had a friend of a friend taking a look. Ryan got ahold of me right away and was able to get quotes to me for a replacement unit quickly. We were limited on what is available due to supply shortages but he worked to make sure we were offered good choices based on what we stated we were looking for. We picked Integrity for the replacement after receiving a few quotes for several reasons. Ryan was approachable and professional and did a good job answering questions and letting us know what to expect. They provided a good labor warranty with their install. And, when we researched it, we preferred the brand they were offering compared to some other quotes. We've never had much luck with heating and cooling companies or units with both houses we've had built. This unit is already running and cooling better than the last unit did when brand new. We're hopeful we've found an honest and reliable local company we can continue to use for years to come!
