    Woke up Friday, February 10, 2017 with no heat. I called and left a message at 6:30 am. I received a callback around 8:45 with word that they would be out between 9:45-10:00 am. I was skeptical....everyone else gives 2-4 hour windows of time blocks to show up. They arrived at 9:50 am, diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes and informed that they would need to go to the west side of Indy for the part and that they would return around 2:30 pm. They did manage to get the unit started and it provided heat, albeit noisily to tide me over. They were back at about 1:50 pm, but unfortunately got the wrong part and had to go back to get the correct one. However, they returned and fixed everything right up. Pricing was very competitive. Both guys were extremely nice, well mannered, and very respectful. If you want a local business, I highly recommend them and I am picky. If we have any future issues, I will definitely use them again for our air and heating needs.

    Wow... what great service! These guys are so fast and efficient. They fit our service request into their busy schedule immediately. They completed the work quickly and were very thorough.     We had AC and Heating issues. Call multiple companies and call Integrity guys for the diagnostic and second opinion. Quick response and satisfied time for us. After detailed diagnostic they were able to locate issue and very reasonable estimate for repair. Came back in 2 days with parts and fix everything. Professionalism, work ethic, honest, showed high level of the knowledge with paying attention to small details.     These guys were great. They came out to give me a quote the day I called for a replacement AC. I opted to accept it 2 days later and I was fully installed 2 days after that. Fairly priced and very courteous and professional. I’d recvomend them to anyone.
