I called for service on my geothermal unit which had no heat. I was out of town and needed service as the weather was in the 30's. The PCS team got to our home within a few hours, diagnosed and repaired then did an annual service while they were there. He answered all of our questions in a timely, professional, and clear manner. - They provided 2 separate consultations and measurements of the property. - Bill is a absolutely phenomenal worker and leader. He and his team asked questions during the installation to ensure they were meeting our expectations, showed up on-time each days and worked quietly in the house. - They cleaned up their mess after the job was complete and even disposed of extra duct work for us (no questions asked). We're remodeling a number of areas of our home and although some of these actions seem like common sense best practices, in our experience, that's not always the case.
