Theodore, the repairman, got back to me in no time. He clearly laid out the plan of action and the choices I had for my heater's issue. Not long after, he was at my place in Atlanta. Theodore was both friendly and professional. He quickly determined what the problem was. In addition, he carried out a thorough check-up to make sure there weren't any hidden issues. He had to step out to fetch the necessary parts. Around half past ten in the night, he finished fixing up the heater and had it running again. I can't put into words how overjoyed i was with my experience last night. My family and I can't thank them enough for their help on what could have been a bitterly cold night.

Luis from RR Heating & Cooling Solutions installed a new A/C system for me, and it works wonderfully. It cost $4000.00 plus an additional $500.00 for a Nest thermostat. The 10-year warranty included is fantastic. I used to pay about $190.00 a month for my old window A/C, but now it's down to $80.00 a month. The system will end up paying for itself. A few weeks ago, my 20-year-old furnace had an issue where the heat wouldn't turn on. Luis swiftly replaced a valve using a spare part he had in his van for such emergencies. He was able to come out the very next day to resolve the problem, which cost $300.00. The furnace worked fine for a couple of weeks, until the board malfunctioned due to condensation in my basement affecting a switch for the blower fan. Luis informed me that a new board would cost around $400.00. However, he recommended that I replace the entire furnace instead. Incredibly, he offered to deduct the $300.00 I had paid for the previous repair from the cost of a new furnace. Two days later, he was back to install the new furnace. The total cost was $2500.00, which included parts, labor, and warranty. RR Heating & Cooling Solutions provides excellent local service and their team is very friendly to interact with. In addition, they were very accommodating with my dog, Terk, who wasn't a bother to them at all. Their service in Atlanta is commendable.
rr heating & cooling solutions provided friendly and professional ac repair service that really stands out. they came to our house in atlanta and completely redid our old ductwork, so now different rooms can be climate controlled separately. they also put in a new hvac unit, which is smaller but works way better than the old one we had. i can't say enough good things about their team—good prices, honest, and hard working.
