Was told by their landscaping team leader that their plants were guaranteed for one year, but 25% of the trees, 30% of the sedum, and all of the roses they planted in January did not survive. When I called them in May, they told me they weren't guaranteed and to talk to tje builder.

Design group took our ideas and were able to work with us on a great design. Installers showed up one day and did a great job getting everything removed and installed per the design.

Extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. We have hired them for irrigation services since last year. They never pick up the phone and never keep commitments. They ask you to email but responses are not on time. Very difficult to know if and when your services will be completed.

Most pathetic garden maintenance service. They are beyond incompetent. Hope our HOA gives them the boot - had to go out and buy our own mower to mow our lawn as the service we get is ATROCIOUS. Did I mention that we are in a subdivision that is HOA maintained, unfortunately Hittle has the landscape contract, hopefully not for much longer.........

I’m writing you to express my deep disappointment in the matter our lawn is being cut. Your operators go racing through the yard leaving the grass laid down flat instead of being cut. Last year was the same. Nothing has been improved. Very discouraged. I would think a smaller width on the mower and a little slower speed would help.

Our sod was laid horribly and on one of the hottest days necause they were running about 2 weeks behind schedule. We watched the workers drop the sod and kick it with their feet. We now have like 1" gaps between the sod. Looks terrible. 2 of our new trees are dying already. They dont warranty anything.

The quality of work started out shaky this year, with a new crew that wasn’t familiar with Britton Falls, but has steadily improved. The common grounds are beautiful, especially the entrance, and the home edging and mulching looks terrific. We are extremely pleased with the job they did in our yard

We had a very good experience with Hittle. Our original plan was a bit more expensive than what we wanted, but the design team worked with us to come up with something that we really like. The landscaping crew was friendly, professional, and clean.

You guys could cover your loads when going down 37 or any other big roads. I got completely covered by one of your trucks the other day hauling mulch. Plus it's the law to cover any load that could come out of the vehicle. That guy was loosing so much mulch I'm surprised he had any when he got to the job site. As far you you're work goes it pretty fantastic. Never had a problem with that.
