I called L.E. Isley & Sons to get a second quote for a significant leak under my bathroom sink. Both the plumbing and the fixtures were very old. Andy Jasper is the plumber they sent to my house. I immediately felt comfortable that he was giving me the very best advice and not trying to sell me on things I didn’t need. It was expensive but less than the first quote I’d received. Andy and his assistant did a terrific job. Isley even sent someone over while they were working to deliver the faucets. These kinds of things are never fun, but Andy and L.E. Isley made it as painless as possible. I know they did the job right. Plus Andy had a delightful, dry sense of humor.

Overall, very unhappy with the end transaction as I was severely overpriced and felt taken advantage of due to caring for an infant at the time. I asked for a quote over the phone and they stated that they could not give it to me. In hindsight this was so I could be bombard before they started the work. No basic installation job should be over $300 an hour when I supplied all of the items needed. I attempted to contact this business and only could leave a voicemail. I never heard back, other than automated survey requests. Would not recommend.
