I called Mack Landscapes to inquire about a couple of small landscaping jobs I need to have done at my house. After telling Mike my timeline was incredibly flexible he asked where I was located. After learning that I live on the south side of Indianapolis he informed me that I was out of his service area, which is mainly Hamilton county. His website states "Proudly servicing Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas." One of the service areas mentioned is Greenwood, which is even further south than my house. I realize that the jobs I need to have done are not the biggest and, therefore, the most profitable, but it's pretty terrible service to tell a potential customer that they are out of your service area when your website claims otherwise. Honor what's listed on your website or change it.

Just finished a small landscape project and both Michael and Conner were awesome. They delivered on their promise and were reasonably priced compared to two other estimates. Excellent English too!😉

Hired Mike and his team to install a berm area the trees and fire pit next to our pool. I gave him a pretty short timeline due to a large graduation party we were having in our backyard. Not only did they get the job done early the results were even better than our expectations!

We hired Mike last year to do some hard landscaping along with some plantings (bushes, grasses, and a tree) Our home is new construction and Mike was able to offer great suggestions on a rock boulder wall. Mike easily laid in "snap steps" from our patio to the grass. Now we have another project for Mike this spring involving a gravel bed with paver border.Mike's a great guy to work with-very knowledgeable and knows the resources for quality materials.
