Reviews of local pros in Spencerville, Indiana

We had them extend our siding down our concrete foundation inside egress windows as well as another area we were having issues with leaking. The job was done in a very timely manner, looks beautiful and no more leaks. Being very pleased with the job we hired them back to install 3 custom made windows in our garage. Had some minor issues during the process but the owner was quick to correct the issues and all worked out perfectly when job was complete. We are very satisfied customers and would recommend and definitely hire back if needed.

Matt and his crew did an amazing job. Quality work for a good price!

The crew showed up at 7:25 am and the job was finished up by 2pm. Everything was cleaned up and the job was excellent. I was very pleased.

Matt and his team did an excellent job on our new barn. They were professional, reliable, and finished the work on time with great attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

We hired Schmuckers Construction to tear out and pour new porch and steps, and build a porch roof and handrails. They accomplished this in just two days, their work is top notch we will definitely use them again.
Very reasonable prices and very professional.

Very professional and personable to deal with. By far the best pricing for our area. All the details we requested were taken care of. Would recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done!

Very detailed and expert craftsmanship! Fully communicates through entire building process. Skilled and respectful crew. Fully recommend Matt and his guys for all your construction needs !

Working with Matt was great. Great communications re scheduling/ materials/ weather. "Little things" like the slope in the garage floor to the drain, spot on. This was an addition to an existing building, and danged if the floors dont meet up just how I had wanted!
*Very flexible to work with re "changes".
( I think there were 3 mods on my end from start to finish)
Highly recommend.

Matt and his team did an amazing job. Even with all the red tape due to my property size and proposed building location. I couldn’t be happier with my new building. Matt communicated when issues came up and made sure to point out details I probably wouldn’t have noticed. Overall great experience!

Matt and his crew are GOOD men. They clearly made our project a priority; from being early to the job site (6:30am) to going above and beyond (reinforcing our roof braces), I could tell they cared about their quality. They left a CLEAN job site when they were done and worked faster than anybody around. We will use them again and are very proud we chose them for our business. Very fair men, hard workers, and clearly CARE.

Caleb was an absolute professional, personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend American Leak Detection. He found pinhole in our pool liner.

Caleb was great. We had never used a leak detection company before. Our pool liner had holes in it that we thought would just be maybe one hole. He was able to detect 5 and repaired them quickly. We impressed by his prompt response and taking care of all the holes. Highly recommend. !!!

I have a broken pipe underneath my slab. I’ve had several contractors out here that give me no information. Caleb Smith came out from American leak detection and he was absolutely wonderful. Very informative. Told me exactly how the sewer system worked. I give this company five stars totally recommend.
