Called to inquire about a quote i was met with the rudest lady over the phone ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION , she didn’t even ask me anything before i was met with NOPE WE DONT HAVE ANY TIME RIGHT NOW , i was baffled at the lack of professionalism

We bought a whole house generator from them. They did a great job installing it and the price was what they quoted us. I thank them every time we loose power!

I used them before and they did good work. That is why I went back, but never again. This time I called for a quote and after two weeks, I couldn't get a call back to get me on the schedule. The lady at the Office said Mark is busy, but a phone call only takes a few minutes and means a lot with customer service. I hope he's not so busy he can't find time to go to the restroom.

They will get no more recommendations from me. Guess they don't need another customer.

Have used them before and the work was good. Bought an AC unit with them several years ago, and called recently to get it serviced since it was not cooling. Had to call and keep bugging to get a response. When I did get my call returned a couple days later, I was told they no longer service these units. I wish they would service what they sold me. I also would have appreciated a quicker response to my call so I could have found someone else to fix my AC sooner (we had hot days).
