We got hooked up with this company on a frigid winter morning when our furnace conked out - they showed up pronto and got us a new one ASAP. We're now on regular maintenance with them, and every time John comes out, he's always on time, courteous, and competent. Today, Ben, Rob, and John spent the day installing a new AC in a tiny attic space, walked me through what they did, and did it right. Their team is top-notch - I highly recommend Lansing heating and air; their staff is excellent!

I recently had a great experience with Rich from Lansing Heating and Air Conditioning who came to fix my outside air-conditioner unit and performed a furnace system clean and check. The work was done to perfection and I'm thoroughly impressed. As a long-time customer since 2016, I've never been disappointed with this company's services. Their professionalism is spot on, with prompt arrivals and courteous communication. Their knowledge of heating and cooling systems is top-notch, addressing all my concerns. They also offer an affordable yearly service program that keeps my furnace and air-conditioner running smoothly. If you're dealing with issues, I highly recommend giving them a call – don't forget to inquire about the ACES Program when you do.
