Reviews of local pros in Syracuse, Indiana

The Property Company has been taking care of my lawn for 5 years now. My yard is always the talk of the neighborhood. Their attention to detail and the pride in their work stands out. I would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs!

The Property Company has done a really good job of planning, installing, and maintaining our lake property and irrigation. We depend on their care of our property so that we can enjoy our time at the lake… and they do a great job with a team who is both responsive and professional.

Jim installed our sprinklers over 15 years ago and has been working with us ever since. He was a huge help a few years ago when I was laid-up and snowed in, and started doing our fertilizing when our other guy retired. He has been a pleasure to work with and definitely has my recommendation.

Angie came today and sprayed our 15' or taller Aborvities and was very thorough with the spray. All the trees were treated from top to bottom. She did an excellent job!! We really appreciate The Property Company's professionalism. Thanks Angie and Jim!!

The Property Company has taken care of our beach, landscaping, lawn care, irrigation and garden/flowers for over 10 years. They provide creative solutions and plans when we have new ideas & projects. They built an incredible fire pit, sidewalk, and pergola all with paver block base on our sandy beach. The flowers they plant and maintain are beautiful! Their crew is always efficient, kind and professional

We have had the Property Company for the past 10 years! Install our sprinkler system, service our sprinkler system, install landscaping, service landscaping, install sod, service sod-mowing and fertilization. Beautiful potted flowers installed and kept up! Anything with the cottage that needs doing, including cleaning, and always go above and beyond. Trust is the key with this company!!!

I would highly highly recommend Legendary Landscapes! They do exactly what you ask and they do an amazing job!

Legendary Landscapes did a great job! Very accommodating. We will use them again!

Gave us a quote prior to work being done. Timely, cleaned up after. Looking forward to having them in the fall. Beds look great!

Alex is very knowledgeable in his craft and one of the hardest workers I know. I would trust him with projects of any size.

Alex did an amazing job on my landscaping. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future.

Alex is very knowledgeable at what he does. Came out quick and got the project done. He called and made sure we were on the same page before starting the work. Very happy with his service and very respectful. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Alex did an amazing job and went above and beyond to meet our deadline. The work he did was beyond our expectations, and the job was a large scale job. Handling everything from design to instillation, it streamlined the process and his attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Alex returned my call right away and gave me a reasonable quote. Came to my house the next week and got my project done. He did an amazing job and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Legendary Landscapes !

We hired Legendary Landscapes for a few projects. Alex installed metal landscape edging around our flower beds and did an outstanding job. He also cleaned our metal pergola, trimmed a Lilac tree, and cleaned our roof of debris. We had him back a week later to install a new mailbox.

Alex is very reliable and meticulous at his work. We highly recommend Alex and would hire him for any project.

Alex was quick to get us a quote and at a very reasonable price. He did the work the following week! I highly recommend this company! They were very thorough and everything was completed better than we could have imagined. Alex was very knowledgeable in helping us with which plants would work. We even got a picture before he started showing exactly what it was going to look like! Great business with great people!!

Alex and his team are the best! He made the process for picking out plants easy, he knows his stuff, and was able to make suggestions for what we wanted. He put together rendered visuals so we could see what everything would look like in our space before committing. It made for a very customized experience. They were able to complete our entire project fast and efficiently. We’re very happy with the results! We’d recommend the legendary team to everyone.

This company redone all of our landscaping with new blocks, new rock and all new plants. They were very polite and even done a few things for us that wasn’t on the list. They worked fast and got the job done quick. They even worked in the pouring rain😃
We absolutely love it all and could not ask for better! Just wonderful people.

Alex exhibits a remarkable level of professionalism and creativity, simply a bonafide master of his own craft. Every contractor should have at least one specialist in every trade on his speed dial to consult on specifics. What truly sets Legendary Landscapes apart is their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They not only deliver a beautiful outdoor space on every project they touch, but also educate their network about the maintenance and care necessary for their landscape projects. If you are looking for a great bluestone installer, Alex is the man you need to speak with!

Alex does amazing work. He is on time, affordable, does a great job with design, and attention to detail. Implementation/Quality of work is top notch. Alex provided stone landscape beds, plants, soil grading, grass seed, and built a kayak rack based on a picture provided. Alex’s company is a family owned business, he goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and has all the equipment to get the job done well. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.
