Called for a simple t pip for the connection for a fridge and he did something completely different.. not happy with the milking of hours and the fact he didnt listen to the costumer and took them 15 months to realize i wasn't going to pay for something I didnt ask for and told them this everytime they called and got sent to court... because I didnt pay for something I didnt ask 😔

I called them when my water hreater went out and they told me I needed a control switch. Charged me $300 for a part that cost $169… told me they always charge more for the part than they pay for it bc that’s how they make their money. Then charged me $500 told put it on. I talked to two other local plumbers AND googled what the price for a professional plumber to install a new switch and EVERY SINGLE ONE told me it should cost between $300-$500 because it was an easy repair. On top of that the plumber they sent drained the water out of the unit instead of shutting main water line off drenching every towel I had. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

Very professional people. They came out at 8pm. Yes i paid for late service. But my sewer was back up bad and they got it. At first did think was going to get it. But he did. Will be call them back for any other services.

Precision Mechanical has done a variety of jobs at our house (actual plumbing in house, minor plumbing repairs, etc.). Most recently they ran a gas line for our pool heater. Always polite. Always upfront. Most importantly, they are always working. Along with all of these reasons, they are also affordable for what they are doing.

We recently moved and had some questions about things at our new home. They responded very quickly and took care of all the issues much faster than I expected AND it didn’t break the bank! They took time to research possible fixes that would take care of the problem without adding extra expense. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew.

I called the office in a panic as my toilet was clogged and the only company that answered their phone was Precision. I spoke with Molly, and she is called her guys to see if they could help me today, and then she called me back and was so kind as to send her guys out to help me. Being on a limited income, I was concerned about cost, and it ended up being less than we spoke of, which is like finding a needle in a haystack.
