This afternoon while driving on US-31 North, I was confronted by one of Omni Electric’s service trucks. The driver came up aggressively behind me, attempting to intimidate me and force me out of the way. I called their office to report the incident, though I’m not confident the complaint will be addressed. Intimidating or bullying other drivers on the highway is not only reckless but also dangerous, as it could easily cause an accident. If this is how they conduct themselves on the road, it doesn’t inspire confidence in their services.

Nick and his employees installed a new whole house humidifier and a new furnace motor in my mother’s house. She is older and has been experiencing health problems, and Nick made it a priority to get the humidifier installed to help with her breathing, despite being extremely busy at the time. He was very professional and compassionate toward her situation.

Called them to see about checking out my system. To my surprise, he didn’t try and sell me on anything. He explained what I had going on and told me how to fix it.
