Always a great experience here. They have a great supply of material and all the Klein tools you need to get the job done. The sales men are friendly and knowledgeable of their products and tools. Plus if you need something they don't buy chance have in stock they can get it fast.

My father went in there today (1/23/2015) and he is greeted by the employee raising his hands up as if he is being robbed. My father is Mexican American so this "GREAT employee" was racially profiling him. My dad even asked him if he was and this guy couldn't even utter a word because he thought it was a joke. Unless you want to be publicly humiliated in racial terms, I advice staying away from this "place" then the guy tried to start small talk with him like nothing even happened.

As a multi-trade contractor vendor relationships can really help or hurt our business. Since working with All-Phase we've enjoyed a very high availability for materials and the service has been outstanding!

we have an electrical project that we needed to get 175 feet of wiring for. My friend and I went in here and told him what we needed. The counter guy just said no and looked at us. I suggested do you think another one of your locations might have it or it could be ordered? He said yeah we could do that and proceeded to take my name and phone number. This was at 10 AM. Four hours later I called him to ask him had any progress been made because I wanted to get going on ordering this wire. He said one of our locations has it and he’s just waiting to hear back for a price from them. I said OK. It is now three days later. I never heard a word back from this guy. Why couldn’t he have just looked it up himself or made a phone call back to them asking considering I did that. Instead I went on Amazon and I ordered it on a Saturday and it came on Monday. So much for shop local. I just wouldn’t do it here. It’s like the counter guy didn’t care. Here it is three days later and I never got a callback from them. Not a great business practice.

These folks here are different. They have REAL knowledge. For the first time in roughly 7 years I was able to hold a conversation with another human being whom I sincerely believe was just as smart as me. That's rare. To have that moment when someone else is smart. Its sooo rare you guys.

I strongly recommend coming here. You just might LEARN something. Even you old dogs 😆😉

Dave and Justin did an absolutely incredible job! It was hot and raining and they still finished the job! It was a very long day for them and considering the unfavorable conditions, they still did amazing work! Shout out to Kevin as well for coming out to diagnose our problems and making sure we understood everything and answering our many questions.

Amps and Volts helped me out quickly and efficiently when I needed some fast help!! Kevin and his team diagnosed my generator problem and fixed it immediately. Also pointed out some other electrical issues that we will definitely have them back to correct. I would recommend them for ANY electrical needs!

Kevin came out over the holiday weekend to restore the power in our kitchen. He did a fantastic job and we are so grateful because we had a house full of people visiting. Kevin diagnosed the problem efficiently and accurately and successfully completed the job to our complete satisfaction. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. We highly recommend Amps and Volts.

Matt and Blake did a wonderful job replacing my breaker box , exhaust fan and all the necessary switches , they worked all day , we're very thorough and meticulous in their work , they didn't leave until they made sure that I was satisfied with their work

Came out on time, great communication when they would arrive. Checked out our panel for our older 70's home. Very thorough with the process because I had questions about why our energy usage was so high. We have some things to consider now. Overall very pleased with the experience. Kevin our tech was considerate, professional and informative. Would call them again.

I got a quote for over $1600 to wire up and install a ceiling fan on my porch. They also wanted an $11/month subscription, which I thought was nuts. I paid the $69 for their estimate and said no thanks. I had a local electrician come out the next week and do the roughly four hour job for about $650. I didn’t use amps and volts, so I can’t review their work quality, but their pricing seemed incredibly high.

I had an outstanding experience with Drew and Justin from Amps & Volts Electric. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Drew took the time to explain the work clearly, offered practical solutions, and completed everything efficiently and to the highest standard.
