Disappointing... First, I set up a request for a quote through their website and they called to scheduled a walk-through. Day of the scheduled walk-through they were a no call, no show. I called and left a message thinking maybe they got busy. I did get a call back and scheduled a new apt. Second attempt was nice. I did like suggestions and recommendations throughout the walk-through. I was told I would get a quote, even another walk-through, explaining the quote "early next week". I did find this a little odd considering I had already received three other quotes from competitors and got them on the same day as the walk-throughs. I waited until Thursday of the following week before I called to inquire about the quote. No one answered; no one returned my call. It was a huge waste of time. And make things worse, I was no longer able to book a competitor because I was waiting for the Moon's quote. I guess everyone is just too busy...
