I had a water heater decide to spring a leak when my husband was out of state ( of course he was gone when something like this happened) and I found Flow Tech online. I was impressed with their great ratings, so I called. The gals on the phone were so nice and helpful. Within minutes I was told of a tech that was finishing up one job and would be right on his way. About an hour later, my repair was finished. Cobie was very friendly and did great work. Outstanding customer service, and outstanding everything. Will definitely call them for any plumbing needs I have in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Garold Is knowledge friendly courteous and professional. Got our 16 year old water heater back in operation. Reasonable price.

We had to call out Flow-Tech for an issue we were told was in our line. They were great at getting us on the schedule ASAP. Garold came out and determined it wasn't in our line but in fact in IAW line under the road. He stayed right there with us until IAW came out and found the real issue and they needed to do the repair instead of us. I will be using Flow-Tech again for any repairs needed. I highly recommend them!

Garold did a great job servicing my tankless water heater at one of my units. He also changed a shower faucet cartridge in another unit. Very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.

He explained things in a way for me to understand. He had never seen a system like the one we have (from probably early 50s) but he googled and also went through the paperwork left by the previous owner of the house, in order to give me more information. He also got here when he said he would, same day I called. Very impressed.

We had a water heater that had been installed less then 3 yrs ago it failed n started leaking .We called to get estimates on replacement when sales rep came out he looked at unit and went the extra distance to contact manufacturer of unit and was able to get them to agree to warranty to replace unit .even though they did not install they went the extra mile to try n help us out. It's tough times right now money is tight so for them for them to do that for us was above n beyond expectations and very much appreciated. They will have all my business from now on and I highly recommend them.

Flow tech was recommend by a friend when my water heater went bad. They showed up on time. Job was completed promptly and work site was cleaned up afterward. Worked around a batch of kittens I was babysitting and didn't step on any. Answered my questions well. Price was good too. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Overall, this was a very pleasurable experience. The only issue I had was during the initial call. While trying to get a specific test set up, I was trying to ensure that the animals in the house would not be affected. The lady I spoke with did not know the answer but instead of offering to find out the answer, she told me to ask the technician when they arrived. I confirmed that if the animals were going to be at risk and I then declined the test that I would still be charged the $89 or so fee. I insisted that she reach out and find out and she did. However, I felt she should have offered that, especially if I could have potentially been charged almost $100. Otherwise the scheduling was super easy and they were able to get someone to my place the next business day!

The technician also did a great job. He was very patient while I explained what he needed to know. He did a great job of walking me through what he was doing and the results of the test that he did.

Luke was awesome and he let me know about issues I had never thought about before. I've already told several people about how happy I was with the service and have recommended Flow-Tech to them!

Gerald came very promptly and was very nice. He explained things at every step so I knew what was being done. I also like the fact that a picture was sent to my text messages so I knew who to look for. Very professional job all the way around.

Joshua Keel and Jonathan South were both excellent. I can’t say enough good about their service. Joshua Bailed us out, late on a weekend, when our ac needed attention. Jonathan has been responsive, helpful, and patient with us throughout the process of buying a new hvac system. I would recommend Flow Tech highly.
