The company from my first call, to the electrician coming to our home, then finding and fixing our issue, was extremely professional in all aspects. Knees Electric Service i would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and nice. Explained everything in detail and work was done early.
But they had to wait almost 3hrs for Anderson city utilities to arrive to do final hookup.
Knees stayed till everything was checked throughout the house.

I had to have my electrical panel replaced. The guys that did it were friendly and on time and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. It seemed to go smoothly and it looked like what they told me it would. Overall it was a good experience I would for sure do business with them in the future if I ever need any electrical work again.

Chris was communicative telling me that he was running late. He was SUPER nice. He got me all fixed up with a new breaker in 20 minutes. I have used Knees before and will continue to use them. Always friendly and courteous

Called on Tuesday (10/1) of this week to have someone come put a provide an estimate of an electrical project we needed completed (rewiring 6 outlets, installing a ceiling fan and lighting fixture along with switches for the fan & light). I had an appointment for the estimate on Thursday. Matt came out and went over everything with us, and then let us know that a crew had an opening on Friday (less than 24 hours) and could do all the work. The price was reasonable, and we really wanted to get the work done. Pablo and (sorry I forgot the other man's name) were the best. They were very personable and made sure to answer all my questions as well as confirm all the work to be done prior to getting started. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. My wife and I are extremely pleased with work.

Knee's came to give me an estimate on replacing my breaker box and running a new wire to a new heat pump. I had two other estimates already. Knee's charges $89 for an estimate. Very thorough. The estimate shocked me. It was three times the other estimates. Sorry, but I'm using one of the other companies.

Very professional service. Always on time and quick to complete the job. Sean was very friendly and courteous Dana was as well for a separate job and communication was excellent. Prices are always fully given before jobs start, no surprises. The 24/7 emergency service is good yo have got peace of mind
