Doesn't really deserve 1 star with the way he delt with me as a professional told him what was going on he asked who installed the system like that should matter I told him he said quote don't call me and hung up as I said some professional he proved to be. Paul won't need to worry I will never call him or recommend him for anything to bad he isn't more professional.

My 15 year old system wasn’t cooling my house and had never cooled the upstairs properly. Contacted Paul Ravenna Heating & Cooling and was hoping to get it repaired but found out the system was worn out. I made the decision to upgrade the system due to the fact R22 is being phased out. They priced me several options and I opted for a new Bryant system, along with upgraded ductwork. Installation was quick. They are very professional to deal with. Completely satisfied.

I was having issues with my drain pipe backing up with water and leaking. Due to it being on the second floor of my house, it leaked through the ceiling and into my garage. Drywall everywhere! Jason came out to my house and fixed the issue!! He was amazing and did an outstanding job! I cant say enough good things about him! I have no clue what I'm doing and he explained everything to me in terms I understood! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thanks again Jason!

Fast forward a few months and now my A/C stopped working on my first floor. Jason came back out and had to give me the bad news that the compressor died. He walked me through my options and I decided to get a new outdoor unit. Jordan and Jerry came out a few days later and replaced the unit! It was quick and I could not be more happy! Everyone at this company has been amazing and bend over backwards to help the customer! Mike Martini could not have been more pleasant to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and made the process painless! I can't thank all of them enough! They all really do excellent work and it shows! You will not be disappointed using this company. Mike Martini came to our home and gave us options on systems to purchase. He explained everything in detail and set up the installation. He was very personal and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The installation team was Brandon, Lew and Trey. Brandon was great overseeing the installation and setting up the AC. Lew does remarkable meticulous work. Trey was the helper with great energy so eager to learn. We will highly recommend Western Hills Heating & Air Conditioning to family and friends.

This is the only people I'll ever call for my heat pump and oil furnace. When I bought my house, it had a oil heater and I had no idea of who to call. They came in, fixed everything that previous repair men had jumbled and were unbelievably reasonable with pricing. They call me twice a year for tune-ups and are very quick to respond, if there's ever an emergency. I love working with them, and I trust them implicitly.

Jeremy, has been my service tech a few times. I always ask for him. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I like his friendly easy-going personality. He's the Best!

Our technician, Jason Mueller, was courteous, professional & very competent. Using the process of elimination he quickly identified the problem in our heat pump. When an issue occurred while replacing the broken component he found a work around that restored the heat pump to service.

Our technican, Jason M was very proffesional and took us step by step through what service was being performed. The service was performed in a very satisfactory manner. Western Hills Heating and Air Conditioning is our go to when needing service.

Jeremy was very professional and thorough when addressing issues with my broiler.

From the early planning stage to the completion of the geothermal project, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and trustworthiness of Western Hills Heating and AC. Mike Martini' vast experience was most valuable for giving detailed advice about various options. He convinced me about the economical value or disadvantages of specific technical options that I had not been aware of. The electrical wiring was done so elegantly that damage to drywall was avoided. I will gladly trust this company again if I ever have a problem with heating or AC.

Western Hills installed our original geothermal system 17 years ago in our newly built house, and have maintained it through the years. When it came time recently to update to a newer ,more efficient system we turned to them. Dave Brennan and his team helped us with selections. The men(all four of them) appeared promptly and installed the system in a day. Every one of the men were masked,(due to the Covid threat)and did the job politely and efficiently. They are our "Go To" guys!
