I tried several sources for my part, but since my system is 23 years old most simply could not help. Amazon wanted 40% more and could not deliver for 60 days!! Found SHORTY'S and they were not only the cheapest cost for an OEM part but shipped it for $8.45 !!
Got the darn thing in 3 days!! How can you beat that !! My other appliances are old and I now have a great place for my parts!! Thanks SHORTY'S for keeping my stress level down!!!

Shorty's identified the specific condenser fan and capacitor I needed for my AC. And had them in stock! The overnight delivery worked flawlessly and an hour later my AC was back in business. Thanks for the help and attention to detail. Also, their price was lower than the other places I checked and those places did not have the fan in stock.

I ordered an Inducer for an older Carrier furnace. It came 90% assembled, which is a huge time saver.
After I ordered the part I had a question and the owner actually replied back very quickly. Great experience all around. I am saving Shortys to my favorite list. 👍

Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service! I ordered parts, Shorty contacted me and asked from what I ordered did I need one unit assembly kit, which they had vs the individual parts I ordered, saving me 50 dollars on a price that already was very good. I highly recommend!

The furnace was making noises, so I took advantage of a furnace cleaning special; to also get a general check-up. The technician identified the draft inducer as the source of the noise, and a potential for future failure. When he called in to the dispatcher for a repair quote, he had to ask them to repeat it a couple of times. It was $1,500. I presume it was for parts, labor, and added profit.

I didn’t think the type of assembly, and ease of accessibility warrant the price. After watching a couple of YouTube videos, I decided to do it myself. After looking on line, ‘Shortys came up. After thinking I found the part, I contacted them with the furnace model and serial number to confirm my selection. They promptly responded with the corrected part number.

The assembly (motor, squirrel cage, gasket, and shield fan) came within days. The assembly’s price was one-fifth of the first quote, and it took me less then 10 minutes to change out.

I definitely will check with Shortys for any future furnace parts.

Returned from vacation and A/C was dead. I had a local service company out to diagnose. The issue was a dead variable speed ECM motor. EXPENSIVE! I came across Shortys website and contacted them about replacement parts. They were very responsive, very knowledgeable, and shared a lot of information on how to complete the repair. They were one of the lowest prices and very easy to work with. The replacement motor came in just a few days and is now installed and working great. What a great experience!

Great customer service over the phone and 2 day shipping! I called in asking questions about the humidifier filter (20 years old and updated/change product numbers). The rep looked up my product number, did a little research to make sure I didn’t need a distributor tray, and told me the one filter was all I needed. He was correct! Great service, sent in a question about a part and shipping and got a quick and friendly response. Staff seems knowledgeable. Shipment took a couple weeks to get to Canada but that was expected. Condenser Fan Motor arrived in great condition/packaging and worked like a charm. No more angry neighbors due to the screeching bearing noise!

Very friendly customer service. Took all of my information. Got me a shipping quote since I needed the part overnighted. Very patiently cross checked my information to make sure I got the proper parts. Super easy, online, and over the phone ordering and I was confident I was getting the right part. It was here by 12pm the next day.

I had a technician come to the house and determined the draft inducer assembly needed to be replaced. The cost would be $714 and $196 for labor. I searched the part number and found Shorty's HVAC Supplies. I sent an email to Shorty's to make sure I had the correct part and to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed. I sent that on Saturday 12/21/2019, on Monday 12/23/2019 I received an email asking about the furnace product number. I sent that and I received a link to the proper parts. I ordered the parts on Monday, I received a shipping confirmation and I received the parts on Thursday 12/26/2019. The product arrived early, all parts are OEM quality parts and packed to protect the product. I put the pieces together and installed it in 20 minutes! Total cost with shipping $202. Not bad at all!

I received my part in Texas within 3 days. The items fit my AC. The items cost less than others I had priced. I received courteous service over the phone. I needed to return a part I didn't use; it's 25% restocking fee. I had no issues with them at all. I would recommend them
