House Cleaning reviews in Whiteland, Indiana

Ricki did a great job. Carpet and upholstery. Worked diligently. Pointed out where he had worked to remove a few stains, but upholstery wear defeated him. Everywhere else-like new. Very happy with service and communication. Will use PHD in the future. I should have taken a before pix so u could see the difference.

What a great positive experience. The technician was friendly, patient, and informative. He did not rush the process and my air ducts were so clean we could see the serial numbers on the pipes. Very impressive. Will definitely use again, Aaron is who I will be requesting. I don't want to leave out the gentleman that assisted him. He was great as well.

This is the first time I've used a cleaning service and to say I'm amazed at the outcome would be an understatement!!! From the lady who answered the phone and made the appointment to the gentleman who came out to clean my couch their service was impeccable!! J.C was very informative about what it takes to clean a couch and what the outcome may or may not be. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and they have a customer for life from myself!!!

PHD Carpet Cleaning highly recommended and did not disappoint. The carpet in our newly bought home was in need of a deep cleaning with many stains. Ernie with PHD was prompt and very professional. Before starting the cleaning he went over what he recommended. He was honest and his pricing was reasonable. Will use PHD again and will recommended his company to friends and family. Excellent service.

We’ve had the pleasure of having Aaron as our carpet cleaner technician, and he’s truly outstanding. Not only is he incredibly professional and thorough in his work, but he’s also kind and respectful towards our residents. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and ensures everything is done to the highest standard. Thank you, Aaron.

They did an amazing job. They explained how everything would work from calling a day ahead to remind us, to the technician calling when he was on his way. We had two loveseats cleaned and they look brand new. We highly recommend them & would use them again in a heartbeat.

PHD hands down, have single handedly transformed Roncalli Highschool's flooring issues into absolute positive talking points if you were to walk the halls daily. The tiled floors in hallways and classrooms have gone from from slightly embarrassing to world class all in less than 9 months with PHD. The guys are absolute wonderful techs, so knowledgeable and never waste a second of you or their time. Chemically stripping and waxing floors is a dying art and it's hard to find someone like PHD number one... and number 2 who will not charge an arm or leg. Super reasonable and the best part is they are one of the easiest business around to work with. They also do numbers for carpets stains. They have taken some pretty gnarly stains in our auditorium (to the point we were going to replace carpet) to making the original carpet look almost brand new! They have saved Roncalli so much time, effort and money the last year. If you have any flooring needs they would be my first and last call.

Eric showed up on time and introduced himself to me. Explained the procedure and
got to work. Continued to let me know what was going on with cleaning and when finished he washed the walls and floor before putting the dryer back in place.

The professionalism and exceptional customer service provided by this company and their staff is a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and accommodating. Aaron went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and to give me peace of mind. He managed to make my carpets look brand new when I thought I would live with some pretty deep-set pet stains forever. Thank you again!

I highly recommend PHD. I've used them for years for carpet cleaning as well as dryer vent cleaning. They do an amazing job each time. The employees are efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had Ricki this last visit and he was a very pleasant, professional young man. I will absolutely continue business with them.

We were very happy with our carpet cleaning from PHD! Everything from scheduling to the completed service was very easy & all of the staff were friendly. The pet package with deodorizing made our house feel good as new. We also had a few paint stains that were pointed out and treated. Thank you for your work PHD!

So happy with my carpet cleaning experience today. Aaron was fantastic! I have some old carpet and after training two puppies in the last two years, it was dirty. It looks like new carpet now. Highly recommend PHD and the pricing is very reasonable.

Used PHD for commercial carpet cleaning. Easy to schedule, tech called ahead, very courteous and great results. Will use again.

We had the pleasure of having Aaron come out and clean our air ducts on today April 7th.

He was very pleasant and professional the entire time. He explained the process and answered all questions asked with a smile, to even include information on other services offered. He made the entire experience awesome and I wish I could give 20 stars and not five.

We will definitely call again for future services.

Aaron did a great job on my dryer vent cleaning. He explained what he was doing and gave me helpful tips as well. He was professional as well as kind. I was very impressed!!

I called them after searching for a really good and experienced cleaner since we had had a few months of complete tear down of ceiling and some walls in 4 rooms in lower level. After calling and setting up an estimate visit with JC I knew they were the ones to do it. It was a very large job and I could not be happier with the entire experience!!! Not 1 complaint, Wonderful to work with!
