Action Plumbing has provided excellent service at a reasonable price to me for many years. Dave, Connie, Ruben, Otto have been a pleasure to work with, have been there to fix any plumbing, heating and a/c issues. They know what they are doing.

Wonderful people! Very reasonably priced. We have been using them almost 3 years. I love that they take a few minutes to talk and teach you about what they did.

Furnace was acting up (in December) and Other local businesses said it would be 2 weeks at least to get it fixed and Action was here within 24 hours to get the furnace working! I called them last minute the day before and they still were here the next morning! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing HVAC/Plumbing service!

Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Boggs was my technician and he replaced our water heater within a couple of hours and did a brilliant job.

They were great! Diagnosed the issue, which was different from what we originally thought and were able to quickly repair our 91 gallon water heater, not your average size residential heater! Thanks for your timley response and excellent customer service!!

The owner is incredibly rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Our unit was sent back after a brief conversation that ended in him telling me he was just going to send the unit back after I had given him feedback because he refused to call me back after I had spoken to his wife. He decided the date he would install the system without calling or setting an appointment knowing I had a funeral for an immediate family member and also other obligations that would take me out of town.. I hope the owner can find warmth in his heart one day and heal whatever hurt has made him as miserable as he’s become.

I needed an old toilet removed and a new one put in. They did a great job, I'm very happy with their work!

I called and talked to Dave. A supper nice guy. I was happy because I thought we found someone to help us out with our drain problems . I explained in detail my problems. We set up a time to come. After waiting for him all morning we thought maybe he had the time zone mixed up,. That happens but my husband needed to go to work so I called. He had no clue who I was. When he found his notes of who I was he ask me what my problems were. Again I previously told him but he acted as though this was the first time we spoke.
I was very disappointed so I told him not to bother.
I hope he does better with others than he did me.
Again, disappointed!

Had a water emergency, called and spoke with Dave. Super prompt and nice told him the situation. He didn't make any promises and said it could take up to a day to try and get someone out. Within a few hours of calling he called back and had a tech coming out after another job, super awesome. We got Otto Super friendly and nice and got the work done quickly. Action Plumbing saved our holiday and has earned my future business Thank you so much.

Our water heater started leaking from the relief valve and we couldn’t fix it. This was late on a Friday and had company coming. Colby came out on an emergency call and got everything taken care of. What a pleasant and knowledgeable guy! Dave and all his crew have been so helpful through the years. We highly recommend this company.

Cannot recommend enough. Gave us the best quote on new HVAC and the equipment is quality. The installation was excellent and the installer was a great guy. These are kind, honest people and we are very thankful for their help.

Used them last year, but my experience this week has been appalling. Over priced, tech spent a lot of time trying to "up-sell" my 85 yr old mother into things that aren't needed. Pressured into agreeing to their estimate. Tried to cancel 3 hours later and then informed there is a 25% cancelation fee! They literally are charging an elderly widow $1500 for nothing. No services provided, no materials delivered. They are liars, deceiving, money hungry thieves. management is rude,

i highly recommend you do not use action for anything.

Was out of heat in the middle of winter. Called Dave at Action and he had his technician Reuben out the same day. Gave a specific time and communicated throughout the day as to the arrival time. Heat was fixed and no issues. Reuben was professional and had the issue fixed within minutes. Price was affordable.
