We just recently had Huffman Property Maintenance LLC (HPM) complete some work for us - they redid a stone wall that was knocked over by a tree; repaired and cleaned out some yard drainage; and completed landscaping to our front and side yards. They did an Excellent Job. Cody and Logan worked non-stop on the hottest week of the year. His office person, Tammy, was very responsive to us and let us know when Cody would be contacting us. They are a Great Team. Our new landscaping looks like it should be in a magazine it is so nice. They did a Beautiful Dry Rock Creek Bed for us as part of our landscaping. They did an Amazing Job, and we are very pleased. Our new landscaping is practically maintenance-free, and we received a very good value for our money - they were very reasonably priced. Cody made sure it looked perfect, and he thought of details to make it look even nicer that we would have never thought of. We will not hesitate using them again in the future. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

From the bidding process to final walk-through after the job was done, Huffman Property Maintenance delivered. Cody is friendly and knowledgeable, communicated with us every step of the way and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with his work. He addressed a drainage issue we had, removed an old tree stump and replaced with a new tree, and mulched our landscaping beds. I highly recommend this company for any landscaping needs!

Great company if you’re looking to have work done. Will go above and beyond to make the project is done to spec and satisfactory for the customer. If something isn’t right when they leave, they have the integrity to fix what wasn’t. Would highly recommend and would do business with again

Cody Huffman did an outstanding job at a fair price! He is a dedicated worker with a wide range of skills and extensive knowledge. He completely transformed our front yard landscaping and trimmed a large tree for us. What impressed us most was his conscientiousness—he has returned several times since finishing the job to check on our new plantings and offer care advice. We’re excited to invite him back in the spring to work on our backyard spaces!

Cody came out to my property for a quote for excavation work due to a drainage problem. He gave me no estimate for the work he was to perform. He fixed a pipe and snaked my drain for my geothermal. He put on an aerator, and did thst wrong. I had to hire a plumber to fix what he did. Cody is not a good communicator and charged me 1875.00 (sent a bill) and then called to inquire about my receiving the invoice. Two days later he sent an automated payment from Yardbird, with no name or anything. I opened it and there was a charge for 1875.00 and another invoice for an additional 400.00. He said he came out to look at my downspouts to see if they were tied in, He never got my approval for that. I paid his first bill in full and that is all I owe him.He won’t be doing any more work for me.

Cody of Huffman Property Maintenance was very professional. He listened very carefully to our desire for a french drain, and throughly reviewed the existing conditions then presented a comprehensive plan of action.

The drainage construction, clean up, and site restoration was exactly as proposed. Cody kept us updated on scheduleing and worked the project in when weather permited. We are very with pleased with Cody, and Huffman Property Maintenance. Thank you so much Cody!

Genesis came out on an emergency call in the dead of winter when it was actually below zero....the furnace had gone out......they were able to get us up and running with a new furnace within hours......Professional and courteous........would definitely recommend Genesis Heating....

They are unreliable had a cleaning set for 30 days out due to being backed up they called the night before service stating that their tech was sick and would have to reschedule at the last minute.... very unprofessional thanks guys like hell Iam in your data base you guys just canceled on me again today because you guys don’t have enough techs is what your operator told me I will tell my insurance company to never refer you again for services
