***EDIT to respond to the reply: they absolutely did “work” on our property. They did the “repairs” during escrow; the name they have would have been under the seller’s name. I have proof through invoices which I have retained for my records.***

Please do not choose this company. We bought a house at the beginning of the year. The seller used this company for many of the repairs that were conditions of our acceptance. I had tried calling the number on the invoices that we received from the seller as well as the number listed on Google/their website. I left messages as no one answered and never received a response.

They left us with an *incredibly* unsafe HVAC system- 3 techs with 15-20 years of experience each who recently came through, initially to do seasonal maintenance since Integrated Mechanical had “serviced” it last season, told us it was the worst that they had ever seen.

Our inspector told us that some of their repairs of some other items (like our electrical outlets) we “technically to code, but not good quality” and not how he would have liked to see it done.

I don’t think that there is anything good that I could say about this company aside from I guess they were at least cheap for our seller, but now we know why.

Husband made appointment with John Griesemer / Integrated Pluming and Heating to come out and change our thermostat, work scheduled for 12/23/2025 at 1400.
No call no show.
Called him at 1430 requesting a callback regarding missed appointment and if he still planned to do the work. No response.
Not recommended.
