Both times we have called Kings this spring have been great experiences with our rock and mulch arriving less than an hour after ordering over the phone!

Several phone calls with no response. When a call was returned an estimate would be done in a few days. No one showed up or called to reschedule. We have been in this town over 40 years and expected more.

Just tried to call them to get some mulch and the person on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I asked questions and got curt responses with no offering to tell me what they had or anything. I was going to use them because I see there advertising, and they are close by, but I'm definitely going somewhere else due to that interaction.

Got them on the phone with first try late on Friday. Very helpful woman. Great prices and was delivered first thing Saturday morning. Local family business with great service.

Steve King is friendly, professional, prompt, courteous and respectful. Being a smaller landscaping company geared toward landscaping design and installation only, we have partnered with Kings on excavation, tree removal, and large-scale re-grading so we can fully service our clients landscaping needs. Steve has been instrumental in facilitating the successful outcome of our projects. I have also worked with Kings on mulch and stone delivery, and they are always there when they say they will. This has really helped me coordinate my job sites in an efficient way, having materials and supplies on-site at the right time. The office staff is also very nice, and Roy is extremely dedicated to customer satisfaction. They have the best topsoil I have ever seen.

We have used King's Mulch for the past few years and they always deliver on time and their mulch is high quality. I recommend them for quick and on time delivery!

I had a great experience the first time with kings. But, when I called for a second delivery of 4 more yards of crushed and finish stone to complete my gravel drive and pad for a new RV, the woman who took my call couldn't have been more rude. She huffed and puffed and insulted me when I did not know the exact product name for the crushed stone base layer. I asked if she could look at my previous order she sighed and said she could try but that I really didn't know what I was talking about so she probably couldn't help me.

It was obvious she did not want to assist me. Perhaps my order was too small for them to take seriously. I have several more projects on a house remodel where I had planned to support what I thought was a small locally owned honest business.

I recommend you take your business elsewhere, else be mocked for not being a stone expert. I will be ordering my gravel, mulch, and landscape stone from someone else.
