It’s been great working with Matt Elias and the team at Cox Roofing. They took our old gutters down and put our new gutters up in one day, perfectly matching the paint color of our house. I even had a follow up question about the gutters and they immediately came out to ensure everything was to my satisfaction because they care about the integrity of their work. I would easily recommend them again.

Jose was great! The team came out to our house for a roof inspection within 24 hours and fixed our issues immediately. Highly recommend!

I have never experienced such excellent customer service as I have with this company. Our sales representative, Matt, went above and beyond to make sure that we were even able to have the work done and then he made sure that the work was done accurately and to our liking. We also had a very good experience with the crew that did the work, including the foreman Javier. They were all very friendly very nice and work tirelessly into the night to make sure that our job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any of the services that they offer. My husband and I were completely, totally satisfied.

Was a few minutes late for appointment but communicated that well. Quick and efficient free inspection. Found a small area of damage but recommended against repair due to minimal damage and expensive repair costs leading me to believe it’s an honest opinion vs a company trying to sell unnecessarily. Here’s the deal. When doing a large home re-model or repair; things happen. Lots of moving parts, and sometimes things aren’t perfect. If you are looking for perfection, I’m not sure where to send you. If you are looking for a company that owns their mistakes and hiccups; and strives to create the “perfect” end result, then Cox is who I recommend. Everyone I personally dealt with: John our salesman, Javier our site manager, and Jose our production manager, were all great to work with. I have also had the pleasure of getting to know the owners. I can tell you that this culture of owning the mistakes, and process starts from the top.

I recently had my roof replaced by Cox roofing , and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their communication throughout the process was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way. Jose was our point of communication he did a wonderful job. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, and they completed the job efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

Excellent communication, knowledgeable and good customer service in terms of providing multiple options. The crew did a very good job in replacing the siding. The supervisor was actively engaging with the crew and notified me of all the updates. The crew commiitted to the timeline they had set to complete the task despite harsh winter cold weather (6 F and windy). Thanks to Issac Jacobs, Anthony Alvarez, Jesus, Javier and the entire crew.

Cox Residential did an excellent job replacing our roof and siding on our home. The supervisor was always attentive to the quality of the crew's work. He even pointed out improvements that could be made during final inspection to improve water flow and proper drainage. I never would have noticed these details and I appreciated his honesty and attention to the smallest details. They even took the time to add wooden pieces to mount lights and electrical so these elements could be installed straight, instead of at angles on the siding. I have recommended them to friends multiple times as I completely trust their team. They also provided knowledgable feedback for the negotiation with the insurance company on our behalf, resulting in a successful restoration to the exterior of our home. We would not have had the best product without their help throughout this process.

Cox did a comprehensive review of my existing roof. They worked diligently with my insurance company to get my project approved. Thereafter, ordered materials and scheduled my job.

Its been over a year since I hired Cox Roofing to replace the siding on my house. They started off well with friendly customer service. There was an issue that required a change order involving the replacement of all the trim on my house with new cedar trim. They assured me that the production team had solved the issue and they would be able to complete the work. Once they started work, they realized that the proposed change order was no longer going to be a viable solution so they removed all the material listed in the initial change order as it was not going to work. Then they created another change order that accurately addressed the issue with different material. In the end, they tried to charge me for both change orders even though the first one was never completed and all the material listed in it was removed from the job site. When I tried to address the issue, they told me there was nothing they could because they still completed the work. They threated to get lawyers involved even though the change order clearly listed materials and services that were never rendered. Out of exhaustion, I payed the amount.

Fast forward to the next summer, i started having AC problems, so I called out an ac company and they found a leak in my line set. The siding was not nailed onto a framing member and pierced my line set. I asked if they would pay for the repair and the leak test and they told me that the line set should have protected to prevent situations like this from happening. Since I am in construction myself, i know that it only needs to be protected when passing through a framing member, and not when in the middle of a stud cavity. They said they would get someone out there to patch the line set instead of paying for it to be replaced. The day of the patch, they ripped apart my siding to pierce and patch the copper. In the process, they stood all over my unit and covered it with trash and kinked the line set in multiple spots. When it was pointed out, they told my the kink was already there. I noticed immediately that there was the sound of turbulent fluid coming from the line set and called them about it. They told me once again that there was nothing they could do.

Fast forward to this summer, my ac is having issues again and come to find out, the its been leaking again. The hvac company is telling me that the kinks are actually causing the unit to only cool at about 50% effectiveness.

Cox Roofing has been a complete nightmare to work with and I feel extremely wronged by the work they have done and the issues they have caused me. They are friendly in person, and I think they did well with getting out to my house quickly and were responsive, but the way they handle change orders and damages is completely unprofessional. The people in the field are friendly and very hard working, and I feel like the guys that came to the house genuinely did the best they could do even though there was an accident, but the situation was handled very poorly.

I highly recommend Cox Residential Roofing for a full roof replacement. They gave me a very competitive quote, and Chad was excellent at communicating with me throughout the entire process.

Chad answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and he kept me updated on the progress of the project every step of the way. He was also very accommodating when I needed to make a few changes to the original plan.

The roofing crew was professional and efficient, and they did a fantastic job on my roof. They cleaned up the work area completely before they left, and they even took the time to answer any questions I had about the new roof.

I am extremely happy with the work that Cox Residential Roofing did on my roof, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

Cox Roofing is outstanding! We started our fall projects knowing that we needed to both fix siding and paint but then also realized how imperative it was for us to get a new roof before the winter.
Carlos, our sales associate, diligently worked with us and our budget as we navigated so many major projects at once. He and the team at Cox were able to provide us quotes that covered a new roof, siding repair, painting, new gutters, and fit within our budget!
We started the project at the end of November and Jesus’ roofing team started and completed our very large roof in one day! These men worked SO hard and only stopped for a short lunch break. Then, with cold temperatures and holidays ahead, Jose and his crew of painters truly worked from dawn till dusk over the course of several days to get the entire project done before we had company for the holidays. Every team who worked at our home was respectful, tidied up, and took their craft seriously.

Impressed with Cox Residential Roofing thus far. My house was directly struck by lightning on a Saturday morning. This resulted in a 7ft hole in my roof and systemic electrical damage. After the Fire Department cleared the scene, I called several roofing entities. Cox Residential out performed all others by being empathetic, professional, and responsive. Starting with the receptionist (forgive me I cannot remember their name...it was a slightly chaotic morning) who first asked "is everyone okay" and expressed sincere empathy for what we were experiencing, to Issac who was over within an hour (ON A SATURDAY) of calling, to assess the repair and coordinate services. As a homeowner I sincerely appreciate how quickly my own felt-urgency to 'fix the problem' was heard and responded to by all of the people we've worked with at Cox. I also want to give a huge Thank You to Eduardo who emergently drove a great distance to patch the hole before the next round of storms rolled through- likely saving thousands of dollars in time and resources. I will follow up with another review after all services have been completed but the quality and "personality" of Cox Residential thus far, I would highly recommend.

I specifically want to recognize Matt Elias with Cox, as he provided a 5-star worthy experience! After a bumpy start in the process of getting estimates for a new roof due to storm damage, Matt stepped in and was extraordinary to work with. He truly went above and beyond!
After only a partial replacement approval by my homeowners insurance company, he and his internal team went to bat and fought hard for full replacement. Each time we hit a bump (and there were several) he suggested another approach/option. He was knowledgeable, thorough, accessible and communicative throughout every step; not to mention that he's just a very friendly guy and pleasure to work with, especially during what can be a stressful process.

(Edit) Separate, siding experience:

I called several companies after a storm almost ripped out a huge section of my home’s siding. With another storm on its heels, I knew it was going to be tough to get someone out. Cox came to the rescue… they diverted a 2-man crew to help, who did an excellent job repairing the section that had pulled away. Their pricing, customer service and communication were great, and they even followed up afterward to make sure that everything held up. I’ve dealt with Cox a few times now and my experience with them has always been a positive one.
