We just needed to have them look at our well
head because it leaks out of the top and we installed our water softener ourselves and just wanted to make sure it all looked good. So they came out and looked it over and said everything looked great and we have a artesian well and it's supposed to leak out the top . I grew up on well water and all the wells I ever saw never leaked out the top. So we had no idea about what kind of well we had. They were polite and friendly and didn't try to sell us something we don't need.

Made a call in the morning and had a new pressure tank, pressure switch and well pump installed that day. The men that came to the house were knowledgeable, polite and to the point. They were clean and efficient. Highly recommend this group.

I was not going to provide a review but even after giving the owner feedback I continue to get emails asking for my review so here you go. I had a simple short waterline leak from my well to home. had to deal with 3 different departments. was asked to sign a contract before they would even come inspect which basically removed them from any responsibility if they caused any damage while there. They expect paid even to show up to give an estimate if you don't hire them. Was given a quote 2x higher than the very reputable other option I chose AND was told I needed to remove a section of my fence myself AND that they would leave my back yard a mess. Called the other guy on a Saturday, his crew was there 1st thing monday morning and they repaired my lifne in 1/2 a day for 1/2 the price. Guaranteed it for 10 years. left no mess and didn't require me to remove my fence or sign a contract removing them for liability.

Great company!! I just purchased and older home and ended up with a well problem.The technicians came out right away, were very professional and fixed the problem immediately! They were also able to give me history about the well and provide a quick lesson on how to use the equipment.

We had a well tank replaced. They were quick and did a good job, it looks much better than the previous tank installation. The price ended up a little more than we were originally quoted.

Edit: Had to review them again after our latest service call. While having our well serviced, they forgot or neglected to bypass our high end iron filter and pumped a bunch of slug into it, ruining it. $2000 lost. They were supposed to replace the pvc over the well wiring and used a piece about two inches too short. They left the door to our crawlspace wide open which I didn't discover for a couple of days. They left the well cap loose, didn't tighten it to the pipe. After all this they said they would take care of me, which amounted to offering me 10% off their highest priced iron filter (over $2400 list). After two weeks of waiting for a tech to come back I fixed the pvc issue myself.

They did an excellent job regarding the inspection. They correctly recommended that I replace my pressure tank and switch. However the quoted price was significantly higher than provided by other qualified plumbers. Of course the quoted price was not under control of the two men who inspected the well.

Our well stopped and my husband was in the hospital on Saturday . Josh, initially took my call and was very helpful and kind and we scheduled visit for the upcoming Monday. Kevin and Mitchell arrived on time and thoroughly worked through the issues and get us back up and running, at a much better price than I expected. All were superb and treated me very well! Much appreciation! Thank you!

I called C&J in Brownsburg after no success trying to contact other well repair companies in the Mooresville area. My well pump broke off from the threads & fell from bracket in the riser in a home I just purchased in September. Unfortunately, the repair required some digging and C&J had very quick response to have 811 come out and mark all utilities to make repair the next morning. After pulling up the well pump, the date code was from 1999. Glad this was brought to my attention. I had a new pump installed since everything had been pulled up & inspected & pump was pretty much at the end of its life, but luckily still working. I now have a new well pump with a 10 year warranty & a piece of mind with my new home. I was able to easily finance the repairs for 60 months for 6.99 %. The technicians were very knowledgable and worked quickly and did a great job. It's been a month now & everything is still working great. I'm glad I went with C&J. The well repairers in Mooresville either didn't answer calls, line was disconnected and/or had terrible Google reviews.

Extremely professional! Everyone I talked to, from the Technicians on up, provided customer service as if they were the owner of the company. Their communication skills are off the chart. They made me feel like I was #1 on their list. The work they performed was of the highest quality, and their Technicians were of the highest integrity. Thanks again, to everyone at C&J Well Co.!!

I've called C&J twice for my well and water treatment concerns, and have been most impressed with their customer service and knowledgeable team of technicians. Both times they came out on time, were courteous, and seemed to know in advance what the problem was and how to proceed in fixing it in a timely manner. Though I think their prices might be a bit high, there is no substitute for quality and excellence in customer service and workmanship. C&J is my first call for all of my well and water treatment needs.

Brad was amazing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, thought outside of the box with our crazy well issues and was hilarious too. He answered all our questions… and we had a LOT of questions. He helped our pricing and really looked out for us. He has made permanent customers of us!!!

C&J was recommended by a trusted friend whom they had served. Their men came to our home when we had no running water. Fearing the worst (well pump), I got a call within 30 minutes of their arrival. "Problem is your water pressure tank". Had the water back running in 30 more minutes. They will be my go to company for well and water problems in the future. Thanks C&J!

From reaching out to the sales department with my concerns about my well water to the scheduling my installation and the actual installation of the AIO system I have been pleased with the people and the quality of materials and installation. The service techs were very professional and personable. They explained the system, reducing my questions to almost none. C & J Well Co will be my go to for all of my well water needs. Great team of professionals.

The appointment was easy to setup. The technicians were prompt to appointment. I received an honest evaluation of my well situation and several options for resolving. I did not feel any pressure for an expensive solution. I would definitely call C&J Well again.

These guys were great. They came, reviewed the situation and proceeded to clean my well (amazing!) and install a new pump. This fixed the problem and our water has been cleaner than its been for years. Thanks for the expert same day service.

I originally had an issue and the management team responded swiftly and corrected my concern. I was most appreciative of their professionalism and responsiveness. If given the choice, I would work with them in the future.

I want to modify this review. My builder was scheduling quotes for a potential issue with a pressure tank. Unbeknownst to me CJ want to charge me just to develop a quote. Then, one of their CS (Cindy)people sent me a threatening email indicating they have been trying to get ahold of me which is categorically not true as I’m always available through direct contact or through the builder. She goes on indicating they were going to turn it over to collections!!! There is no verbal or written authorization indicating any fee to put together a quote from them to me.Management has to get control of their organization and processes so as not to surprise a potential customer and threats like this are senseless.

The people at C&J are great! I had a couple of issues with my well pump including a leak that caused the pump to run all the time and it caused my pump to fail. I did the work myself and they had all the correct parts in stock and everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and polite. I will only use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone with well issues!

Our well stopped working during business hours, and like most business, we need water to remain operational. C&J had a crew available and sent them out right away. One of the crew members (Gary) called to let me know his ETA and did a great job updating me on his findings and progress. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and got us back in business. I should add, the owner called an audible giving approval for the repair to be under a warranty that had expired 6 months prior. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience with C&J. I compared all the main well drillers in Lafayette, IN and then was referred to C&J by someone. They were the only company that actually could bore the well water line through a hill side and directly into the existing house crawl space. As a result, there was zero trenching and mess. Very responsive team. No price surprises. Came on time, performed as promised. Highly recommended. They are fairly priced but not the least expensive. But I am the person who is willing to pay slightly more to have the confidence of getting the job done right, on time and in this case they had unique equipment that no one else did.

If you live on a well, you need a reliable company to help you care for that well. C&J is professional, competent, and quality focused. Every 5-10 years I have them come out to clean the well, and the guys at C&J not only inspect the well itself, they check the flow, the tank, the wiring, the bacteria, the pressure -- they do it all! It's a family owned company who know how to treat a customer. I'm proud to call them my "go to" well and water quality experts!

We lost a pump after 30 years of service and called C & J. They were out that day with a new pump installed in about 1 1/2 hours. The price was good and the service was excellent. We were as happy as you can be when you get a surprise expense like this. I absolutely will point folks in their direction. I appreciate good service and fair prices. That's C & J.
