I really don't know how to rate Luke's business, as he has provided adequate lawn care and irrigation services for our home since 2016. We were quite satisfied with the services when provided by Luke himself. Luke has hired and utilized another individual to turn on/off our irrigation system the last few years.

Problems arose this year when the shut-down apparently was not performed properly causing leakage and ultimately a need for parts/repairs prior to the '26 season.

Luke came to our home and reviewed the situation. He refused to accept the fact that his employee may not have conducted the shut-down properly and accepted no responsibility for costs associated with the needed repairs. Luke commented "find yourself a different contractor".

Called these guys 2 days ago to have emergency work done due to weather and having a 5 month old. Nothing was working in my house. I am located literally 10 mins away and didn't even get a call back. When I called to ask about why i hadnt gotten a call yet i was informed my info didn't even reach an electrician. Thank you so much for this wonderful service and putting my son at risk. What wonderful people.

These guys are awesome! They fairly bill you for work done and not some flat rate. Quote from another local place was over $1300 and they did it for less than $800.

Called for a furnace repair. Told them I had a circuit board that had literally burned. Very rude unprofessional acted like he was mad that I happened to be able to not only smell it, but obviously had the wherewithal to remove a couple of screws and physically see it.

I don't know if he just assumed a female couldn't possibly know anything. I had a relative who worked in the business for years. I know how to take a front plate off and I know how to look at the flashing lights and their meaning. Obviously my furnace didn't have any flashing lights nor would the blower turn on due to the burnt circuit board. I'm not capable or have the desire to fix the furnace, but I was capable of removing a front cover and seeing something obvious.

Seriously the guy was rude and angry. I called two other companies saying basically the same thing, they could not have been nicer. Any company would have to look at the furnace and figure out why that happened. But at least they knew they had to have that part and they -not me -but they may have an idea what all they'd have to look for and be prepared with those parts too, if any other parts were necessary. He didn't want the make or model of my furnace, nor the circuit board part number. I don't know if he was trying to make it so he'd have a couple of trips and maybe my pipes would freeze in the meantime. Lots of red flags.

We have used Nate and Baldon's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling on a number of occasions and have always had great service! He is competitively priced, honest/trustworthy, and always quick to respond whenever we have an urgent matter arise! Highly recommend Nate and his team!

I agree with the other review. We have a lot of rentals and gave them a lot of work and they were good on most of the calls. We did not know they came unglued on some of our tenants. We called them to go back on one job they didn't do right and they came unglued on the tenant saying "We do not ,ale any money on these service calls. I am going to charge $800.00 for a three hour job and they will pay me for 2 service calls" When my tenant told me this I questioned them and in a tex message was told YES on all the service calls that they charged me $80.00 for they were not making any money by the time they drove in from Adel. Very very rude treating a good customer that way. I will be giving my business to Thrashers from now on.

He was okay. He "forgot" to come on the day when he planned, so it was another day of being miserable without A/C. It shouldn't be the responsibility of the client to have to call and remind him of appointments. He chewed out my mom for doing the same thing (when she addressed his tardiness). I think he is good at what he does, but when business picks up, I would advise that he use a calendar. If you need something that isn't urgent, but looked at in time, sure go with him, but if you need something fixed right away, I would contact someone else.

Baldon Plumbling did a great job installing new bathroom fixtures. We received better quality fixtures at a very competitive price

Jason was very courteous and polite, both on the phone and in person. They did a great job tearing out and replacing my furnace and the old duct work. They hauled away the old one and left the work space just as they found it. Definitely will use their services again!
