Our backyard goes into a big ravine. Well it’s a huge trees and many of them were dead some of them over 50 feet tall. They came over in two installments and worked on our oak tree saving it hopefully by cabling it getting it put back together as it is still alive everyone else wanted to cut it down. These guys are willing to give it a try.

They did a really amazing job of cleaning up the yard. They didn’t leave a mess and just really great guys to work with.

Father and son, do they clearly work very safely and very cognizant of her yard in our fencing, and everything are very pleased with the service they provided, and I would recommend them to anyone price was reasonable and Fair

Called to get help with a plumbing issue. Was told they are no longer taking new customers....wow...who does that?

My wife and I are new to Algona and have a house with a ton of projects, yet, I cannot find any help....extremely dissappointed!!!

sent technician out charged 100$ to clean ac unit said it was fixed not fixed. called them back to fix original problem charged 200$ still not fixed. no business sense at all. heres a tip do your job correctly the first time keep customers happy they return business for their needs. simple this business is a joke hahaha like their isnt other plumbers

Awesome experience from the start, we ordered a new furnace, new ac unit, drinking water system and had a shower repair done, from the estimate to the completion of the job, everything was seamless and they knocked it out of the park! I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called mid day on a Friday for a sewage back up in my basement. I called and was told someone would be here shortly. I called again 4 hours later because nobody ever showed up, the woman on the phone sounded annoyed that I was calling back and assured me that she had relayed my message she also stated that the plumbers were still coming and she would remind them. They never showed up, this company screwed me for the whole weekend because nobody in town would pick up for a weekend call. Monday morning I called 1st plumbing and Adam showed up and got right to work. At the end of the day Monday algona heating and plumbing called me back and asked if I was able to figure it out.... I just told them I was going with a different company. Do yourself a favor and go with 1st plumbing this company is unprofessional and rude, if I will never go through this company unless it's my only choice. I can't even believe they turned a 2 day job into almost a week of sewage in my basement due to unprofessionalism, I have kids in the house too.

Appreciate the crew at Algona Plumbing & Heating. We have multiple rental properties and they have been great at communicating and coordinating with tenants to get in and do the repairs necessary. They followed up to explain the repairs and their recommendation moving forward.

A huge thank you to my neighbor for bringing it to my attention that our air conditioning unit needed attention and cleaning. Cory from Algona Plumbing & Heating was helping with projects at her house and when they noticed our air conditioner needing cleaning (because of all the cottonwood trees around), she rang my doorbell and Cory explained the importance of checking the unit periodically and proceeded to clean it off for us. As new homeowners, this was valuable information and I couldn't be more thankful for my neighbor's kindness and consideration and for Cory's above and beyond service for this community. Thank you Cory for your help today! You did an excellent service and I appreciate your help and advice so much!

Algona plumbing has always taken care of my plumbing needs professionally and accurately. Main drain plugs are a big problem for some companies as it takes special equipment to handle the job. You can count on Algona plumbing to tackle the job and get it done quickly.

These folks went above and beyond for me every step of the way. Furnace up and quit middle of winter feels like 10 below and they were out with it running again within 2-3 hours of my call. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We called to get our heating fixed and the guy didn't finish his job, didn't hook up the electrical system and didn't hook up the carbon monoxide hose,this repair guy could of had a electrical fire and a family getting dying from carbon monoxide poisoning. Oh and he bled on our basement floor, didn't put the housing back onto the furnace and they are trying to charge six hundred dollars and some change. No one ever gave us a estimate and he took our original piece and never gave it back. I didn't want to give them a star and we aren't paying them, because we have evidence of a job not done and when you don't hook up a carbon monoxide hose that is a crime in it self. It took me a while to post this this happened in the winter time.
