House Cleaning reviews in Ankeny, Iowa

We have been with Molly Maids for about 6 months. We are super impressed with their promptness, and affordability. We used lots of private cleaners prior, but they were very unpredictable and cost more than Molly Maids. Our cleaners do a great job and very friendly.

My Molly Maids always came on time, usually ahead of schedule. They were always happy and worked from the time they arrived and when they left.
They do a nice job and everything looked clean and tidy.

The ladies who care for and clean my home are so great. 10/10 recommend them.

The two ladies were efficient and deep cleaned my house. They also would stop and pet my dog in passing.

Molly Maids is worth every penny I paid for our first deep cleaning. I've scheduled routine cleanings for the future.

Have been using Molly Maid since last year. Both my ladies Xiomara and Mayra do great job. They always are happy cheerful very friendly and they both love my both dog.

Few takeaways from dealing with your company.
-We were quoted 1-2 hours for cleaning townhouses of our size and you were familiar with Caliber rentals expectations. We were billed 3 hours(they were on site 2 hours and 43 minutes). I understand estimates/quotes are very subjective. We by no means lived in a dirty house, and felt pretty gouged about the pricing. Still was happy to pay the hourly rate.
-Requested we bill another card when final payment was needed and you call before running payment.
-Swung through location later to multiple areas uncleaned. See photos
-Original card still got billed with no phone call.
-Called to express our dissatisfaction and "Kevin" offered to send someone out again after we had already turned in our keys. Not sure what his game plan was there for the resolution

Dropping this review to a one star for the owners snobby response to my legitimate review of the services rendered.

The team of ladies sent by Molly Maid to do a deep clean of my house were wonderful! They worked diligently and efficiently to complete their tasks. It has been sometime since the house was this dust free. Very friendly. Communication with customer service was very good.

We have occasionally used Molly Maid throughout the last year and have always been impressed with their communication and services. Mayra and Xiomara did an excellent job this time and were flexible with us regarding a change in plans we had.

I love it when they come! Perfect job. I enjoy living ina very clean home. Thank u! They take very great care of my collectibles and take care of my house. I feel they r wonderful and enjoy having them come

Wow! I've never had my house cleaned before, it was amazing! I had the "deep clean" done. Tania and Angelica did a great job! Will absolutely have this service again.

As someone who doesn't often leave a review, I had to leave one for the fantastic service I received. Rosario and Marilyne did a stellar job at my house for a deep clean at a reasonable price, well less than 1/3 of other quotes I received. Would and will get the services again in the future.

I have had Molly Maids of Ankeny come several times (I believe it is 4 times now) for a deep cleaning service. I like to have some of my rooms cleaned quarterly to help keep up. Each time they have done less and less. The last 2 times they have refused to clean out the inside of the fridge, even though I have requested it when scheduling. Sometimes they mop floors, sometimes they do not. It is very sporatic what gets cleaned with a deep cleaning service. Scheduling has been an issue in the past as well. I will be in the market for a different quarterly service.

We have the bi-monthly service for our bath and kitchen with Molly Maid of Ankeny for our current house for about a year now. Our regular team of Fabiola and Adriana has been taking excellent care of the most difficult to clean areas of our house. With two kids, two dogs, and two very busy parents in the house, it’s very nice to have these areas well sanitized on a frequent basis. The regular team is always on time, and when there’s a scheduling conflict with the team, backup crew will show up to do the job. Rescheduling is super easy: call in 72 hours in advance, and the office are always happy to cancel or reschedule for us. We’ve also used them in the past to clean up after a bad tenant moved out. They were able to restore our property after the mess that was left behind. I don’t know about the rest of the Molly Maids in the country, but the Ankeny location definitely has served us well over the years.

Probably had Molly Maids clean our home twenty years or so and see no problems with them. If challenges in scheduling comes up they call to discuss, we figure out something out then go back to our original schedule which I love. Always impressed with the job they do and smiles on their faces.

I’ve been using them consistently for a few years. Very friendly, flexible scheduling and do a great job! I love how clean my house is when I get home!
