Great customer service and pricing! My heat stopped working and I called a different place. They came out Friday and quoted me over $700 to fix and told me I would have to wait until Monday for a new part. It’s cold! My friends husband referred me to Aspen! I called and the lady on the phone was great to speak with. Said they had the part and would get someone out quickly to fix. Mike came and got my heat working for $470! Great customer service, great service and professional all around! You have made a new lifetime customer! Thank you!!

Aspen Aire were great from start to finish. We found out on a Monday our system went down, we had a new system installed by Thursday. The techs were respectful and friendly. Their supervisor was awesome as well. Glad we went with Aspen Aire and would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were fast in responding. Very professional and. knowledgeable. The serviceman was polite and got my air conditioning up and running in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them.

Great service! Professional HVAC work and cleanliness. All the techs took their shoes off at the door and laid down drop cloths to ensure that my house remained spotless. Shawn, recommended a new AC unit, Justin and Kale installed it within days of placing the order, and Brett didn't even charge us for the initial service call because I noticed my furnace was leaking in the dead of summer. This, it turned out, was due to a frozen AC coil. I would recommend Aspen Aire every time!

AC stopped working during a heat advisory and expected a long wait for a repair. Called Aspen Aire and within an hour Matt was at our house. Quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and was on his way within 30 minutes. I wasn’t home but my wife commented how nice and professional he was. Appreciate the quick response and treatment. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

The building process can be very daunting, but with good Subs it takes the stress out of the work so you can just enjoy the process of building your new home. Aspen Aire was FANTASTIC to work with from start to finish. The guys kept to schedule, even if that meant working a couple weekend days. They were knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Can't say enough about this company... don't think twice about hiring them for your work. They're great!

We were looking for a company to come out and do a routine check on our furnace. Ultimately, we decided to contact Aspen Aire since they installed the heating/cooling system when our new home was built.

When I called, Ellie did a great job of explaining services and their maintenance plan that is available. We opted for the maintenance plan.

Mike Kellar arrived on time. We discussed how we set our thermostats to ensure we were doing this the right way. He spent time going over the furnace with us and explained the correct filters for our unit, how it works and their role in helping us keep our system healthy. He discussed the maintenance plan and their services.

We were extremely pleased with Mike's knowledge, professionalism, and easy way in which he communicated with us. We feel that we have connected with a great company with great people.

Our AC unit went out and Aspen Aire Heating and Cooling had a service technician out within a couple of hours. The technician communicated effectively even though it was not the best of news. Within minutes he provided my information to the salesman Alex. I had a quote and was scheduled for an install of a new unit within 48 hours. Jeremiah was the lead installer on the job. He was a good leader for his helper, Dylan, and motivated his helper by allowing him to communicate as if he was the lead. Jeremiah would step in and help out when clarification was needed. Jeremiah was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, positive, and efficient. When the job was completed, they walked us through the whole process and Alex came out to verify everything was done correct and provide additional information. Would highly recommend this service. Aspen Aire Heating and Cooling provides 5 Star aptitude and attitude. Well done!

Last year we had Aspen replace out A/C. The technicians did such a fantastic job that when my furnace blower quit, not allowing the A/C to cool my house, I called Aspen to replace my furnace. Shaun was helpful in helping us select the right one for our house. The replacement technicians were there at the appointed time and completed the job quickly. There was also no trace of them being there because they cleaned up everything. My house is now much more comfortable and cooler. I highly recommend Aspen Aire for all HVAC work.

Furnace went out when it was negative degrees. Called a few places and they said they couldn’t get anyone out until the next afternoon, called Aspen Aire and said they could have someone out after hours but he ended up coming a few hours earlier than expected!
Jackson was extremely professional, friendly, and made sure to explain things so I knew what I was paying for. Definitely recommend!

We had an issue with our furnace and called Aspen Aire for a 2nd opinion over another company in town, Kohles and Bach. The technician with Aspen Aire, Eric, was phenomenal! He immediately diagnosed the issue and got us a quote, which was significantly lower than Kohles and Bach's quote. Our furnace wasn't working so he ran back to the shop to get a temporary motor for us to use until they got the new motor in. In addition, he offered to save us money by signing us up for a Service Agreement which would allow us to use a furnace inspection for this visit, get an A/C inspection in the Spring, and give us a discount on parts for the new motor we needed. Eric was also extremely knowledgeable about an Air Purifying system I asked about while he was at the house. Lastly, the cherry on top, I asked him if they could service our gas fireplace when they come out to fix the furnace motor and he told us a yearly service isn't necessary for the model of fireplace we have. Kohles and Bach told us it needed to be serviced every year. It's so nice to have a reputable, trustworthy company we can count on in Aspen Aire. And thank you for your advice, Eric!!

Alex was my service manager from beginning to end. He checked in from time to time and made sure the team he sent over was working hard to get me my new system ip and running. Got everything installed and up and running just as promised. Will recommend to any consumer/ Business to use Aspen Aire for all their heating and cooling needs!

Our old AC system had been problematic since it was installed by another company. When we decided to get it replaced, Aspen Aire was great to work with. Shawn did a great job of explaining the options and the "why" regarding his suggestions. The installers were extremely professional and got the work done quicker than I expected. It's worked great ever since.

Aspen Aire has been so helpful to my husband and I as we take care of our first house! They were super helpful this winter when our furnace started throwing error codes and just completed our summer AC tune-up - would definitely recommend and will continue to rely on them for our HVAC needs.

Aspen, Alex, and crew were very responsive in getting my unit repaired. We were selling our house and needed the unit inspected and repaired quickly. Alex not only found us a new unit, but was able to get the unit installed the very next day! Alex's crew got started right away, explained the procedure and got us back up in running in just a short few hours. We are more than pleased about the process and turn around time of this group had provided. Outstanding group!

Used this company and their competitors over the decades. Aspen Aire goes above and beyond the competition and has become my reliable go-to. The technicians are professional, the rates are reasonable, they report fast in inclimate weather, and they don't beat me up with unnecessary repairs or high pressure sales. They have serviced both my air conditioner and furnace throughout the years and it's been great. Oh, and they include E-receipts, which is nice. Casey was my tech. Would definitely recommend

Alex has been amazing to work with-- Aspen Aire is a great company --- their service is outstanding and their professionalism is above all expectations. I have worked with Alex on 2 full replacements of furnace and air conditioners, and they are phenomenal and they do excellent work.

Quality and service was amazing!

All in the same week as reaching out to Aspen Aire, Shawn was able to come out for a quote for a new furnace. He was able to answer all our questions and guide us through the process easily. Quote was available the next morning and was very affordable. 2 days later, Kale and Kyle arrived promptly at scheduled time and had it installed in a couple hours! Everyone we spoke to at Aspen were VERY nice, I would definitely recommend for any heating/cooling needs!

It was time to replace our furnace and ac unit and we decided to get a quote from Aspen Aire (we first heard of them when we needed our ac fixed through our home warranty. And Aspen Aire did an excellent job then). The employees we worked with in this process were very knowledgeable, willing to address all of our questions/concerns, and more focused on us and our needs then on making a sale. We feel we got a quality service for a good price. We will definitely be going with them for any of our future needs and recommend them as a great choice!!!

I have been using Aspen Aire for years and I have always had a 5 star experience. Very knowledgeable, professional, and competitively priced. Jeremiah and Dave were incredible. They worked well together and did an amazing job installing my water heater. I’m happy to say I found my forever HVAC company. They have such a passion to help others. Alex is always polite and answers my questions without hesitation.

Last week, I had my central air system installed along with adding a duct supply to my kitchen, dining room and basement.

Alex gave me a quote that I felt was extremely fair with no pressure, to do the job. He listened, provided suggestions and explained my options. He was professional, punctual and proficient with coordinating the install with the electrician and myself.

The installers(Jeremiah & Dan) showed up, on time and were polite, courteous. They did a perfect job with a lot of attention to detail and cleaned up exceptionally well.
