They never installed a damper on our furnace when the house was built. They did come back out and install one, but it is super janky. Pretty sure they installed it backwards, because when the lever is pointing down it’s supposed to be closed but it’s actually open. It’s also not tight enough so we never know what position the damper is actually in and struggle with figuring out positioning every season change. The lever is super loose most of the time. Overall just a poor job, and our home warranty is up at this point, so we’d have to pay for them to come out and fix something they didn’t do right the first time.

Great customer service and pricing! My heat stopped working and I called a different place. They came out Friday and quoted me over $700 to fix and told me I would have to wait until Monday for a new part. It’s cold! My friends husband referred me to Aspen! I called and the lady on the phone was great to speak with. Said they had the part and would get someone out quickly to fix. Mike came and got my heat working for $470! Great customer service, great service and professional all around! You have made a new lifetime customer! Thank you!!

Aspen Aire were great from start to finish. We found out on a Monday our system went down, we had a new system installed by Thursday. The techs were respectful and friendly. Their supervisor was awesome as well. Glad we went with Aspen Aire and would highly recommend them to anyone!
