They do a great job with our monthly mowing and maintenance. They also did a great job on landscaping our new house. Highly recommend!

All of the guys were all very kind and quick. Any questions I had were quickly answered and welcomed. I reached out to four other places and Latitude 41 was the best priced. The main reason we went with them was they were the only company who I didn’t have to send follow up emails to or felt like I was begging for their business. They know how to do good work and have good relationships with their customers. Thank you again for giving us our yard and our summer back! The amount of work you took off our plates is hard to fathom.

My parents own a commercial business in the Des Moines metro and I reached out to Latitude41 in regards to snow removal. They sent me to Hunter who looked at the property with me and explained thoroughly what machinery they were going to use and how their snow operation would work with our business. He answered all the questions I had during the meeting, as well as some follow up that I sent him through text. He always responded in a timely manner and was very respectful to both me and my parents. I would highly recommend to reach out to him in regards to any commercial business snow removal!

I have never hired out to do any sort of lawn care for my home before. I never know when to spray for weeds, fertilize, aerate, or whatever my yard needs to be at its best. I decided to bite the bullet and have Latitude 41 come in and get me prepped and ready to go for the spring. Now all I have to do is keep up with mowing and leave the rest to them and my yard looks fantastic!

Best company in Ankeny! With being new construction our sod was brand new last summer. We had originally signed up with another company and had nothing but issues. Austin and his team took it over mid summer and turned it around! We had a fungus problem that they diagnosed and fixed to save our sod. This spring our yard looks wonderful! Not only are they excellent at yard care but their customer service wonderful! You won’t be disappointed with Latitude 41!

I am extremely happy with Lattitude 41! I used a big lawn care company for the last 7 years and the results were less than par with weeds and resprays on a regular basis. Since switching to lattitude 41 my lawn has not looked better. Weeds are no all but gone and grass stayed greener longer into the summer months. Bald spots filled and lawn thrived. I would definitely recommend the lattitude 41 crew for all your yard needs you will not be disappointed.

I reached out to Latitude41 for holiday lighting this season. I was forwarded to Hunter. He gave me a call on the same day, talked to me about the options they have, and went as far as to send me what the multi-colored light options could look like, from houses in the past, while we were on the phone. Once we were done with the phone conversation, he sent me the quote the same day. I look forward to connecting with Hunter in the future for the other services Latitude41 has to offer!

Not much to say other than expertise combined with service. This org is A1 class. My house/lawn had a host of issues when I moved in and I was struggling to figure it out on my own. Reluctant to deal with one of the big companies because I know I’d be upsold to the moon on things that are unnecessary. Can only describe it as pure relief when my friend suggested latitude and I let them take the wheel. New irrigation solved my basement flooding and fertilizer treatments had my grass come back to life lush and free of the encroaching weeds that had taken hold before I moved in. I know who I’m calling for all my future exterior projects!

The guys at Latitude 41 responded to us immediately early this past early spring and came out as soon as they could to help us with our lawn. With being in an older house and the abundance of landscaping, we look forward to working with them in the future to get things cleaned up and already see differences in such a short period of time in the quality of our yard.

If you are looking for a company who cares about your lawn as much as you do, this is the one to hire! The communication before, during and after our project was completed was outstanding and they always showed up when they said they would. They were respectful of our property and even took the time to blow leftover dirt off our driveway. Based on the quality of the work, knowledge of their craft and respectfulness of their employees, I wouldn't hire anyone else!

I know we probably weren’t the easiest customers to deal with on our project, but Jake and his team listened to our needs and made sure we were satisfied. Their professionalism was top notch as they kept us up to date on timing and completion of the work. Overall they were a great team to work with to have our yard regraded and reseeded.

This company has been taking care of my lawns for two years. In the first year, they did an excellent job—removing weeds thoroughly and applying treatments very effectively. However, in the second year, their weed control was not as perfect as before.

Instead of spraying the entire front and backyard as they did in the first year, they started using a more selective approach, only treating certain areas. This created an issue where any spots they missed still had weeds growing. As a result, I had to call them back for a second and even a third treatment last year.

I even recommended them to my friend, but my friend had the same issue. When they brought up the problem to the company, they were told there was nothing more that could be done. Because of this, my friend had to cancel their service.

Latitude 41 does outstanding work! When we moved to Ankeny we utilized another company who was more expensive with far less quality. Jake and his team offer value without compromising quality. This is the first year we have utilized Latitude, and our yard has significantly improved. Jake and team check in on us frequently, and when I noticed some weeds growing I reached out and they immediately came over and sprayed. The service is unmatched in this community. We highly recommend!

The Latitude crew were timely, friendly and efficient. We got a reasonable quote, and they completed the work within 1 week. The guys did fall over-seed and aeration, and we are excited to use the tips they provided for the best lawn on the block in spring 2024.

Had a great experience with Latitude 41! We needed our driveway plowed after a snow storm when another service provider fell through. They came out the same day, were quick and efficient , and provided quality service! Would definitely do business with them again in the future for lawn care and snow removal needs!

Latitude 41 was what my lawn needed after reseeding and resodding the entire yard. They gave me advice on how often to water and now a year later my lawn is looking mint. Now I have enrolled in their turf management program and receive fertilizer and weed services. Their salesman are very impressive with communication. Great overall company and experience.
