They were 3 hours late and when I scheduled the appointment they told me the charge was $110 for the first hour but after the service was completed I was actually charged $275 for the first hour.

Christian was kind, helpful and efficient. They fixed the immediate issue effectively, communicated well. He made simple suggestions for what solutions I could pursue for my issues on ~20 year old plumbing, without making me feel obligated to anything. Excellent service!
