Constraction reviews in Bondurant, Iowa

Ashton and Dalton came and cleaned my carpets today. They gave me no issues adding on 2 rooms that I found spots in. Amazing service! Great hard workers and it smells amazing in my house! Super polite and respectful. Would use them again! All the spots and stains are gone!

AJ and his crew is nothing short of amazing! From him to his crew they are all very punctual, great with communication and take care of job sites like it’s their own homes. Do not hesitate to reach out to him for all your cleaning and restoration needs.

AJ and his crew have an amazing reputation and my experience was no different. We had a pipe burst in our basement. AJ guided us through every step, gave great advice on engaging with our insurance, was transparent with work needed, communicated throughout the project, and met his promised delivery date while coming under budget. Lastly, we couldn’t be more happy with the work done. High quality. Done right. Fair price. AJ’s will be my first call for any restoration or contracting work as long as we are in central Iowa.

AJ and his crew did a high quality restoration in our house after serious water damage. They did everything from subfloor replacement to painting, including drying out inside the walls with special equipment, replacing flooring and baseboard, and more. They hauled away our ruined carpet, and professionally cleaned our area rugs. The areas they repaired look better than the original and they even had all the carpet in our house professionally cleaned when they were all done. AJ listened to our concerns and responded with a desire to please. They saw the project through with good attention to detail and took pride in the final restored condition of our home. They are honest and trustworthy, skilled and conscientious and finish what they start. We were kept informed through the whole process and we are very happy the end result. AJ worked closely with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered and operated within that budget. He and his crew have a wide variety of skills and I highly recommend them.

We used AJ’s to clean the carpets, couches and rugs in our new home in Norwalk. They did a fantastic job. All communications were friendly and helpful and they were very efficient performing the work while keeping a high standard of work.

I had a great experience with AJ’s! AJ called me within 10 minutes of submitting a quote inquiry and he was able to get his crew over to get my carpets cleaned within the same day! Trey and Dalton, were very professional and did amazing work! Great price, great service!!

We had a little pet accident disaster in our basement and AJ’s cleaning literally came to the rescue. They came out super fast and made sure everything was like new. They saved us from having to put our guests in a hotel room! Great communication, super fair price. Would 100% recommend.

We had a pet accident and were looking for same day carpet cleaning. I called AJ's at 7:45 am & by 11 am his crew was out ready to work. They were done by noon & not only did they clean up the accident but they did the whole basement & stairs for the price quoted from the beginning. Very professional & they did excellent work. I was very surprised at how inexpensive it was for such fast service. AJ's saved the day!

Joe and his boys do fantastic work! I’m a perfectionist so I don’t trust too many people to do things to the house I can do myself. Put my trust in Joe and he knocked it out of the park!

Great company! Efficient, punctual, friendly and the drywall and paint fixes were excellent! Would definitely use them again! Thank you, Joe and men!

Joe was able to help us out with a kitchen renovation, opened up a wall and built us an awesome island! Would definitely recommend and trust to use his construction services again!

I’ve worked with Joe on dozens of jobs over the course of at least 10 years and Joe is the consummate construction professional with tons of experience across a variety of job types and disciplines. His attention to detail is borderline OCD so you’re guaranteed to get the best finished product possible, and almost certainly several degrees better than anyone else out there. Joe is also a man of faith and has the absolute highest level of trustworthiness and character of anyone I’ve ever worked with, regardless of industry. Because of these attributes, Joe’s business is always in high demand and nearly all of his customers seek to work exclusively with him on all of their projects once they see the work he does.

Growth Construction did some Drywall work for us. Super professional, prompt and friendly Work was done faster than expected. High quality work for a very fair price. We highly recommend Growth Construction.
