Snow removal-outstanding service and prompt response to our snow emergency!

Response-You did not address your stealing from me. When we pay a premium price for your services I expect premium services not discounted services for a premium price that damage property and steal personal items from customers. If you don’t have the right equipment to care for my yard, you should never have taken the contract. As for your comment about hiding, you need to speak with the HOA Treasurer Marcia Hamby. She has threatened the association not to speak to vendors, including yourself. I did not see her with you and no appointment ahead of time from both of you to speak with me. I don’t answer my door to unknown individuals.

Now I come home from work to find they stole my winter driveway snow stick markers that I own, paid for, and put out every winter season for several years. It just get worse the longer our HOA has this company.

We recently changed lawn care to CD’s. I am very disappointed with their services. I came home to sever damage to my yard. Below are photos that show the damage they did to my yard.

As a member of the HOA Board, I want to express our appreciation for the work CD’s Lawn Care has been doing for our community. The board has been pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and the overall quality of their services.
We are aware that one homeowner has posted negative reviews that do not reflect the experience of the board or the majority of residents. These comments are his personal opinions and should not be interpreted as representing the HOA or the community as a whole.
Regarding the snow‑removal markers mentioned in his review:
CD’s removed the markers at the end of the snow season under the reasonable assumption that they were part of the winter equipment they manage. With hundreds of properties to service, it is not practical or expected for a vendor to track which markers belong to which homeowner.
For best results, homeowners should allow the vendor to place and remove markers as needed for safe and efficient service.
We value CD’s Lawn Care and appreciate the consistency and care they bring to our neighborhood.

Great company, did my lawn care last year and had them put up my Christmas lights. Great service and great value for the buck.

I’ve used CD’s for several years now and always appreciate the work they do. The team communicates well and their prices are very reasonable for the treatments.

Terrible experience . He comes out tells me he can fix my yard. Tells me if I have questions or concerns I will deal with him. I had called a number of times, only communication was with his office manager ( his wife) and she was very rude. I told the owner I have an underground fence. His company then proceeds to show up, hit underground dog fence refused to help cover cost when they knew we had one and it was not marked when they showed up. ( I did not get text that they were coming or I would have made sure fence was marked). I called his office manager says to send the invoice from the fence company and they will “ take care of it”. They respond to the email of the invoice refusing to pay for it. I called to try and come to a compromise where they refund me for the service that hit my fence ( will not even cover half the cost of the fence repair). Refused to help cover any of the cost. Perfect example of I get you to sign up and then don’t care if you are satisfied or not. Do not recommend using this company.
