Chad and Justin were awesome! Very nice and prompt. Super quick with the service and even had a customer appreciation gift! Will definitely be using them for any future plumber needs. P.S, don’t use dish soap in your toilet even if the internet says so.

Josh is the best!!! He found my ring in minutes! This ring means so much to me, it was my grandmas high school ring over 100 years old! Josh is definitely the guy to call!!!!

Dalton and John came out to my shop and fixed my leaking toilet. They were super helpful and efficient. They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They were very respectful in their speech and how they carried themselves. Their work was speedy and they even cleaned up after themselves! I really appreciated having them out to help.

Update 12/18/2025: Since August we've had the pleasure of having Josh Miller come and take care of all of our plumbing needs. He single handedly installed a water softener system and brine tank. Hes come out and flushed our water heater and now as of today, he has replaced all of our pipes, toilets and faucets for us. He does an amazing job, easy to work with and chat with. All around amazing team and will keep going with 1 Tom Plumber for all my plumbing needs!

Steven came and Hydro jetted my sewer line. He was super professional and very informative on how the process worked. Let me watch in awe of how it all worked and was happy to show me how it all works! Steven and the guy he was training (Scott) even took the time to look at why my toilet was screaming every time we flushed! I'm more than happy to have him come back anytime. He really took care of us! Thank you for everything you do! Just need my plunger now haha! (He didn't have any on hand)

After we discovered an intense issue with out water heater, we reached out and got clear communication, prompt service, and peace of mind. I had the absolute best experience with Steven and Anthony! They found the problem and Steven even found a huge issue concerning my clean out. They were both so professional and friendly! Anthony is in great hands with Steven tutoring him. They know their stuff! With such a frustrating thing as sewer backup, they made me feel very cared for. Highly recommend!

Josh did a great job removing our old leaky water osmosis system which had created a mess! Service was fast, clearly explained and the work quality was excellent. I will definitely be calling them next time I need help with plumbing issues.
