Ben & Tanner installed the new unit today and I could not be happier with their work! Polite and courteous plus they did a fantastic job with great craftsmanship and quality. They brought their own drop clothes, took boots off when going upstairs to the thermostat, swept up all the shavings/etc. Besides the new shiny unit, you wouldn't even know they were here. I would highly recommend.

These guys are prompt! Called last week for a water leak and they were at my house 50 minutes later, and I live 20 minutes from their shop. Took a while to find the true cause of the leak, but they were honest and upfront prior to making the first cut into my wall. Also had them tune up my furnace a few weeks back and the tech was incredibly knowledgeable.

Had them install water heater. Excellent work excellent service. About 2 weeks after install of the water heater called them about a leak from the kitchen sink. They scheduled me next day, but called and had time to check on it same day. I was happy that they could get to me so fast. I would highly recommend this company. I have used Roberts several times in the past and have been completely satisfied with each job. An outside spigot had frozen and broken during the winter, but I did not realize it until the ground thawed this week. It was a Saturday afternoon, but Andy P was here within 30 minutes of my call. He showed me exactly what was needed and explained it thoroughly, then capped the waterline so that it was OK for the remainder of the weekend. On Monday, Michelle called to reconfirm that the time frame Andy P and I had discussed on Saturday was still convenient for my schedule. Monday afternoon Ben was punctual and courteous, and completed the repair in less than an hour. Both guys fully explained the repairs needed before any work was done, which I always appreciate. I highly recommend Roberts Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.
