I am so happy I found Wyckoff Heating and Cooling. My experience with Wyckoff is, they have very knowledgeable techs who arrive on time. I have called them a few times for help because I had forgotten information and have always received courteous treatment. I am so glad I decided to work with Wyckoff's on replacing my furnace, AC, and water heater. The whole experience from start to finish was positive. Mike Veigulis came out within a day of my first contact. He really listened to what I was hoping to achieve. I had a bid shortly after. The installation guys, Rick and Dan, were thorough and worked steadily all the way through. They left my basement looking like no one had ever been there.
I felt like I was doing business with a company that has a true commitment to quality of workmanship and customer service. They have gained a permanent customer and word of mouth praise anytime I can pass it on.
