Won’t sell you a part! Apparently I’m not allowed to fix my own problems by just selling me the part, gotta send out a technician so they can charge me a service fee.

I had a small catastrophe yesterday when my water heater sprung a huge leak. I called SIHC and within two hours my new water heater was installed. The techs were friendly, fast, and did great work!

I've had them install a new furnace that went out right around Christmas. They got me up and running in no time. I've also had them make a couple of other repairs they get it done in a timely manor and their employees seem like good people. I'll continue doing business with them.

Jesse and his company did a fantastic job on our HVAC system. We had him install a new heat pump and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional, they were concerned with our privacy and keeping our home clean while they worked. They were knowledgeable about their trade and were able to trouble shoot and solve issues with the install in a proficient manner. They communicated very well and there were never any questions about what was being done during the installation process. I also appreciated quoting and billing process. They were quick to get us quotes with everything laid out in a consistent manner so we knew what they were going to do with the installation. I also appreciated the communication with the billing department as we got emails describing the charges. It was easy to pay and everything went very smooth. Great company to work with.

They gave me the wrong diagnostic, not honest about other options only offers the most expensive option, and over priced!
