I have had work done by Jones Mechanical in the past and now present and have always had a good experience and good outcomes. I like how they explain stuff that could be maintained to get more out of your furnace or ac units to where replacement isn’t their number one go to. The lady in the office was my first contact and was very upfront and knowledgeable. She said she had an opening for the following afternoon and sent Cade to my home. I was impressed with his knowledge about the equipment. He repaired my problem with giving me a price up front. He spent time with me answering any and all of my questions.
