Construction Company reviews in Clive, Iowa

Stud improvements has done a couple jobs for us and we will definitely use them again. Timely and well done. When they start a project they finish it in good time and this is huge if you have ever had any contract work done you know. We love how our trim work and flooring turned out. And then we had some deck work that needed to be complete and that was done so well. Adrian is easy to work with anf his employees are respectful and do quality work.

Adrian and his guys are top notch. I had him finish my basement and they did a great job and are good people. Highly recommend for your next project.

End product looked great and the work ethic was greatly appreciated.

Great company and owner! Extremely professional, and does an amazing job.
Thank you Adrian and Oscar!

Stud improvements did an absolutely phenomenal job quickly and very expertly, knowing exactly how to do things it was wonderful

This man is a scheister. He doesn't pay his employees and then gaslights them and doesn't respond to their calls or messages for months. Don't go to this company to support a person like this. He doesn't even deserve 1 star but that is the lowest google would let me put. What a disgrace.

We worked with Stuf Improvement multiple times to renovate our home. They did a great job.

Adrian and his guys were great. They were on time and took care of exactly what I asked. They even did some extra work to fix what someone had done a poor job on before. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys!

I have been working with Adrian for several years both in my own home and in my rental properties. He’s a perfectionist and he’s never seen a project he can’t handle. Very professional and amazing work.

Adrian and his crew did our new kitchen countertops and did a great job taking out old countertops and installing new granite countertops, new sink and faucet! The process went very smooth and would highly recommend his company!

Adrian has done multiple projects for us. He's professional, fair, and does great work. We'll certainly use Stud Improvements for future home projects.

Adrian and his team did a great job on a major home renovation for us. Tear down, build walls, drywall work, painting, plumbing, tile work. All high quality and fair prices.

Adrian and his team did such an amazing job. We have had whole bathroom remodels to ceiling being fixed. They r always on time professional and clean up after. I trust them for any job.

My wife and I have used Adrian for drywall, trim and many other construction services in our current and previous house. He’s very meticulous and has a lot of pride in his work and does it all for a very fair price. 10/10 would recommend!

STUD IMPROVEMENTS repaired my home where water had leaked behind the siding. The siding repair was flawless a n d he went the extra measure to replace the areas of damage instead of just covering it up. It is a comfort to know the job is done correctly. Call Stud Improvements.

We hired Stud Improvment to redo our master bathroom shower and flooring. We are very happy with the end result. They were easy to work with: responsive, efficient, never left a mess and they do quality work. Would recommend in heartbeat!

Adrian and his crew were efficient, detail oriented, and very communicative! Highly recommend for your home improvement needs!

Adrian and his team are professionals. He’s a visionary for projects and listened to our wants/needs and built around that. I would 10 out of 10 recommend him for the quality of work his team does and does it priced fairly.

Adrian and the team were incredible. We love our remodel. He completely redid our living room, kitchen, dining room, and floors. The quality of work is high and the value he provides is truly unparalleled. We have more projects for the team and can’t wait to have them work on the rest. Highly recommend.

Adrian did great work on our basement. The quality is better than the rest of my house. Even though we only did basic finishes, Adrian did his best to still provide the best product for our budget. Stud Improvements comes highly recommended for jobs both big and small.

I used Stud Improvements for two separate projects, and I am really impressed with the result of both. Adrian installed lvp in our basement, and also installed a twin-sized wooden porch swing that needed load bearing reinforcement on our front porch.

Adrian was professional and patient with each question I had regarding the process of both projects. The install of both projects were seamless, and the prices of both were great.

I was really impressed with the entire process—the quotes, knowledge, great workmanship quality, clean-up, and professionalism, and would highly recommend to anyone needing home improvements.
