While the results of my yard speaks for itself. I’d like to comment on how anytime I engage with a support rep, sales rep, or the person out spraying/aerating the yard has been pleasant and positive. Always willing to answer questions and get back to me if it needs a follow-up! My experience has been great since we brought aboard Naturescape to help manage our hard a little better than we were before!

We switched to Naturescape this year and I am really impressed so far. They come when they say they will and knock on the front door before entering the backyard so we can keep the dogs inside. I appreciate the pamphlet they leave every time that explains the treatment provided. The employees who have come to treat the lawn are friendly and respectful. They even picked up the dogs balls left in the yard before treating, I didnt even think to do this but will try to have that done before treatments future forward.

Never showed up on the day scheduled. They would miss complete strips of grass. They discontinued their snow removal service without notifying any other customers, leaving them to scramble at last minute. I regret ever hiring this company.

The only reason i did business with company is " ASHLEY". VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL. She answered every questions and did a fantastic job on followups.

Ashley is fabulous, follows through, kind and genuine. Kevin does a superb job, he treats our lawn as if it is his own. Highly recommend.

If you like a yard full of weeds, have Naturescape do your lawn. My yard looks horrible and the kids doing the lawn are not trained very well. You can complain all you want, but the lady on the phone is like "sorry bout that". That does not fix a yard. Just look for the pics of the yard with the dandelions everywhere.

My grandmother has a difficult time shoveling her driveway and it’s quite frankly become almost impossible for her. She has had horrible luck finding someone who is reliable to do her snow removal. She woke up today so happy she was in tears to see her driveway not only cleared, but salt put down and they did her walk ways and everything. It’s the little things like this that make a huge difference to someone like her. She was paying for services that were not so great over the past few years, sometimes would take three days to come clear her driveway/walkways and it was so difficult for her to let her dog out etc. It’s nice to know they came so promptly and it’s a price she can afford. I live out of state now and can’t come shovel for her anymore. I just want to say thank you, I appreciate you and your attention to detail. Thank you so much.

I have been with Chris of Naturescape for 4 years -- they are so concerned about their customers, and for me being a senior and I can put my mind to rest that they are taking care of things very thoroughly and if I call with a question they are right their on the phone or come out personally and talk to me. Being a senior and used to the old days of dealing with professionalism, it is so comforting to see that in this Company. It is very rare it seems anymore to find people who really care about what they do.
Ashley, the receptionist is such a personable, responsible and efficient person, I would like to meet her one day in person, but she can make you feel so relaxed taking care of whatever concern you are calling about.
Chris, was such a comfort in coming in person to discuss some things and they have done a perfectionist job ... I am so grateful for this company here in Des Moines. I am so thankful that I signed up with them when they started here in Des Moines. Also my trees and shrubs are the best they have ever been and growing like weeds.
