From start to finish the process was very smooth. We had hail damage after one of the big storms and the gentleman who came out to assess the damage was knowledgeable and honest. He handled everything with the insurance company and we were very happy with the results of his efforts. The installers were really good and everyone we dealt with at the company seemed to go above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this company!

When my roof was damaged by windstorm,
I was very pleased that Home Pride was there to help. I worked with a professional who answered my questions and was easy to work with through my roofing process. Project Manager Tony was very friendly and responsive. The roofing team came in did the roofs after they finished another job early so it was short notice, but I didn't care. They did an awesome job and were very clean, except for the nails they left in the ally which Tony was very apologetic about. The gutter team came while I was at work so I was a little worried because I wasn't going to be on-site to ask them about new down spout locations but when I arrived just as they were finishing they showed me that they moved the down spout locations to better drainage area which were exactly where I wanted them. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very clean and the end house keeping clean up was excellent. Didn't find a single nail, screw or left over debris when they were finished. Would highly recommend Home Pride and in the future I would use them. Great job Tony and your Teams.

Home Pride installed new gutters for us and they look incredible. They've done work for us in the past, and it was the same results - exceptional work quality. Ryan Quance was easy to work with and the work actually got completed faster than I thought it would. There were no problems with the work, except for my own confusion (clarified by Ryan).

Chose Home Pride over a few contractors to take care of the hail damage to our roof, gutters and siding. They worked closely with my insurance company throughout and they were able to add new windows to the repair estimates, which was a welcomed surprise. They made everything easy, the work was complete in a timely manner and the work was done very well. My wife and I are very happy with how everything turned out. Shout out to Diego for managing our project, who I would highly recommend. We'll work with them for all of our exterior home needs in the future.

I am editing my review for this company today, I am pleased with their outreach and prompt service to be able to come back out and give me a quote right on the spot to get our project moving. Not only are they kind and friendly they really care about their potential customers. They really make you feel comfortable and give great details, answer all your questions so you understand and do not sugar coat but also give choices. I found it reassuring working with Aaron and Home Pride Roofing. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and their work met my expectations. One issue came up and was resolved immediately. Their employees are kind and considerate and their equipment is top notch. Most of all, as an older person, I never felt I was being taken advantage of.

Home Pride was great in assisting to get our hail damage claim reevaluated with the insurance company. They documented all areas of concern, and followed through until it was approved. Mike was fantastic this spring in getting all work completed expeditiously. I would highly recommend them for all Roof and Gutter repair/replacements. From the minute we called Home Pride, they were right on the ball with appointment times, call-backs and other communications. Ryan Q, our contractor was AMAZING. He is friendly, fun, tenacious when he needs to be and kept us informed of everything. He fought 8 long months with our insurance company over the roof and siding. The insurance company wanted to hobble the house back together and Ryan wasn’t having any of that. Ryan was in contact with our insurance adjuster constantly and argued with the adjuster when he tried to cut corners. If we had had any other contractor, they would have just done what the insurance company told them they were willing to do, but NOT RYAN. He wanted our hime fixed PROPERLY. Even though this is not our primary home, it is a family home and Ryan understood how important it was to us. The house got a new roof and all new siding and it looks SO GREAT! We could not be happier with the service Ryan and Home Pride provided and we will call them again and again for any further damage from storms, no matter if it is our primary home or family home. Ryan is awesome, people. Trust me……I have had bad contractors and dishonest ones. Ryan is not one of those people who are out for a buck. He really does care as if it is his own property.
