The service rep, Colton, was very professional, thorough, knowledgable, and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a better rep, he’s a keeper RJ Nelson! He even set our a/c back to the temp it was at when he got here.

Called to just receive a regular checkup/maintenance on our AC/Furnace. Receptionist, Stacy, was very fast, efficient, and courteous in scheduling our service. She gave us a 1 hour timeframe in which the technician would arrive. Alvin, the technician, arrived easily within that time frame. Alvin provided professional service. He communicated any issues of concern and provided his input for us to continuing having an efficient system. We have arranged to have annual spring/winter maintenance with them.

Highly recommend Alvin Ring at RJ Nelson. My service call was professional in every aspect, starting with receiving a reminder text ahead of time, Alvin answering my questions, and even the gentle recommendation to look into getting carbon monoxide detectors installed. I am confident that my HVAC system is ready for winter (and subsequent months) and appreciate the services this company provides.

Perfect hospitality. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Quick and professional. And very knowledgeable, taught me some things and went the extra mile to make sure there wasn't any CO2 leaks.

Actually this is my first time getting a new AC/Furnace and I didn't have time to look at the installation right away but later I looked it over! All I can say is the RJ Nelson employees did a totally amazing job with the installation all around. I appreciate the excellent work and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. A little late but back in December they came out to my home and installed a whole new furnace. Very professional and polite and then when we had negative temperatures our furnace tripped and wouldn't come back on. They had someone out to our house within 24 hours and got it to work again I highly recommend RJ it's a family-owned company so they won't try to pull one over your head

We had issues with our furnace right before Christmas. Jess was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and got us fixed up. He kept a tidy workspace and I appreciated the fact that everything was left the same as when he came in (as that isn’t always the case). This isn’t the first time we’ve used RJ Nelson, and won’t be the the last! They are honest, efficient, and consistent in their work and I’d highly recommend them!

Colton, came out right away to help get my furnace back running. It was -5 out and we would have been freezing all night if it wasn’t for him. He communicated very well and was very educated about what was going on! Highly recommend Colton and RJ Nelson.

The service guy name was Carlos,he was friendly and knew what he was doing,and he answer all my questions and and got to me with information.this is the only place I would recommend to anybody.

Alvin came out today to work on our humidifier on our furnace. He was great…personable and professional. He gave us suggestions and answered all of our questions. We have used RJ Nelson for several years now. We have NEVER been disappointed! We have had different service people and they are all good! We would not use anyone else - THANKS!

My AC died during the recent heat wave and needed to be replaced. Alvin my service technician was honest, straightforward , and listened to my needs. The installation crew did a great job solving some airflow issues at the time of Install. My new system is working quietly & efficiently. If you are looking for a small business that operates with honesty & integrity I would recommend RJ Nelson!
