It took them 5 months just to finely come look at it & said they call me when they get the part & tell me how much, Over a month ago. So hopefully we can get 1 of the other towns to help! I'm very disappointed i have kids & grand babies & we had to go most the winter without heat *Had to buy heaters for each room now electric thu the roof* YOU MADE A FAMILY SUFFER & DON'T CARE!!!
