I have always been really happy with Orr H & C! They have come after hours several times, and they have done what is needed to get our AC and heating back up and going. I have tried other places in town and will stick with Orr.

They are a-some they came to night to re place a part on are heater the tec is very nice and polite talk about the nlf playoff game this weekend

I will NEVER use another heating and cooling company other than orrs! Glenn didn't have a brand new part to fix my furnace but it will be in on Tuesday (today is friday)! HOWEVER he did get it up and going to get us by until then! plus the other company quoted me over double the parts cost and didn't offer a quick fix until we could get something done... Needless to say we're very happy campers right now!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ORR HEATING AND COOLING AND MY BESTIE FOR GETTING ME IN TOUCH WITH THEM!!

Very cold outside and heating not working properly. Called this morning and he was here this afternoon. Got me up and running. Professional company I believe in and trust. Wouldn't call anyone else. Thanks

I have known Glenn for many years and have always heard great things about his business from lots of folks around SW Iowa. When my brother in law’s AC hit the skids, they called a big name company who quoted them $10,000 for a new system. I knew this was highway robbery. So I called Glenn to see if he could take a look. He was outraged at the quote. Mind you, my family lives in Ankeny and that’s not Glenn’s service area, but right away after hearing the story, Glenn and one of his guys said they could do it on the weekend.That speaks to the core of Glenn’s integrity, honesty and willingness to meet his customers where they are to help them. And that’s aces in my book.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to get us an appointment rather quickly, which was so appreciated considering it was going to be in the 90's! Service charge was very reasonable. Thanks
