Johnny from Zippy called today. Asked me why I didn’t mention our lack of satisfaction until now, I let him know we let the ground “settle” per the excavator’s recommendation over winter and now that we know and are informed, I’m letting them know. Johnny then disputed my claim regarding the broken driveway, below, stating he pulled up Google Earth as of OCT 2022 and the driveway was already broken. It was cracked in that spot, and would have been a spot we could seal on our own prior to the damage inflicted. Johnny did not take any accountability for any of the complaints in our conversation so I ended our discussion. Unfortunately for Zippy, I have evidence of their damage to my driveway, too. Added below Oct 2022 from google earth that Johnny “cited” vs May 2023 driveway spot that my husband took a picture of the day of Zippy’s excavation. Downgraded review from 2 stars to 1 star for implying that we are lying. So for transparency, evidence added for the comparison photo.

I had zippy come out for a sewer back up that ended up being a broken sewer requiring excavation and repair.

The day the excavation occurred was in early May 2023. The men that performed this job came and did everything very quickly. When they finished the pipe repair and replaced the dirt, they did not compact the dirt at all. I asked them why the mound of dirt was so high in the yard and they said it would “settle”. I paid around $7k for this service on the spot and went about my day, though my husband and I thought it was incredibly odd.

It is now April 2024, and this mound of clay/dirt absolutely has not settled. The men that were at my house that day did not perform the appropriate services to have my yard fill back in or even close to allowing it to settle. additionally, they broke my driveway while doing the excavation.

Today my husband and I spent hours researching how to fix this ourselves, I could not last summer or fall due to shoulder surgery. We have been digging, raking, and watering all day and we still have a huge mound of dirt.

This company lied to me, did not do their jobs appropriately, and took advantage of me being uninformed in the moment.

Including pictures from May 2023 after work was completed (3 photos - broken driveway, big dirt mound day of excavation), October 2023 (Skeleton sticking out of grave) and today, April 13th after tirelessly working on this all day.

These people are amazing at what they do - and fast. I received great communication as well. Highly recommend if you need a GOOD job done FAST.

Called for a drain clean, 1st guy to come out was nice but he didnt have the stuff to do the job so he had to have someone else to come by. The next guy to come by replaced the toilet seal and called it good. But it was not good, drain backed up again so we tried calling to get someone to come correct their mistake but the lady was rude over the phone then put us on a 20+ min hold and never got back to us. 0/10, go find someone else who will do the job right the first time.

We hired Zippy Drain for a sewer scope. They were very professional and explained everything clearly. We were very happy with the process and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Very happy with my experience hiring Zippy drain. Seth and Chris were very thorough with diagnosing a drain line break and Chris was just as thorough with the fix ensuring that where they replaced the drain was the only spot with rotted pipe. The customer service was also kind and informative when I called with a bunch of questions prior to hiring them, and also easy to communicate with scheduling. Overall good experience and I will be using them again in the future.

We have had Zippy out several times with our house being an older home. They truly seem to care about us and the plumbing issues we had. Nate Klippi is wonderful to work with, and he goes above and beyond. He is much appreciated, and I highly recommend using Zippy for any of your plumbing issues!

Nate came over and unclogged our bathtub drain today. He was very pleasant, was very nice to our kids and even said hello to all of our pets. He was fast and professional and very reasonably priced. Would call Zippy 100% next time we need help. 10/10
